Yep... I've been getting these too. Exactly how you've all described. I used to be great about paying my bills, but then I got f***d up in a car accident. Lost my job. Have thousands of $ in medical debt on top of the debt I was paying off before my wreck. It got soooooo bad that I had to install third party call filtering software to my cell phone in order to sleep through the night. It was the best $13 I've ever spent... Now everyone who's not in my phone book goes straight to vm. And, of course, their messages are recorded. Just recently some unknown company has been leaving threatening vm's. I'm just going to keep on letting them... and recording them. Then I'll take 'em all to an attorney. Payback is a b*t*h!

They keep calling my phone and when I answer there is a recording that says this call is for and then they hang up. What a bunch of crap. I am getting tired of this.
