Same things for me.  Indian accent man telling me we was wanting to compensate me for a surgery that I had done, I've never had any surgeries though (aside from the minor ones like my wisdom teeth removed). That was what tipped me off though.  I just told him I've never had any surgeries.  He insisted there was still something they could do, big red flag #2.  I said that I didn't want to have anything to do with anyone who is compensating me for something I've never had done because it's ELEGAL!!!!    After I hung up on him 8 had to confirm to myself that it absolutely had to be a scam so I googled & found this page.  Lol

I just got off the phone with these people. I asked them before to take me off their list and I'm on DNC. Well, they called me again using a masked number (unknown). I told them that I instructed them to take me off their lists. Then he said that they are also taking donations for the Japanese people who were effected by the tsunami. Told them that's great, now take me off your list.

this number called our house 6 times between the 4th and 5th of November! The indian guy kept on saying it was John Smith, Then Jim Smith, Then Bill Smith, something about a Medical Healthcare company, I kept saying not interested and he kept on talking..asking for personal information! 425 577 7190. How can we make them stop?

Next time they call I will blow a wistle and blow their eardrums off!

I've been getting suspicious phone calls lately. Today another call from Florida 561-952-2080. Heavy accent, probably African. Claim to be from Medical Services Department. From the little bit I could understand, he was trying to get me medical compensation for some birth control issue. I said I didn't incur any medical expenses and he hung up without so much as saying 'have a good day'.

 This guy calls my phone and starts drilling me all this medical bogus stuff.  He is very annoying.  He needs to back to the country he came from.

I freaked him out. I called back from my work number which I know comes as an "Unknown," it is a hospital. I told him I was the FTC and that his number had been traced to another country. Haha
I then called over and over and over and over.

I received a call from this number and as a nurse I knew immediately something was up. First of all I never completed a survey about my hips. When I asked where they received my name and number they kept talking in circles. I finally said, "Look you are speaking with a Registered Nurse and I asked you a black and white question." They tried to claim one of my friends or family did it. What are they kidding? How and why would they do that? He started asking very stupid questions and got very nervous when I out right told him so. He said, "Are your legs uneven? He had some thick Indian accent. I told him, "Not that it is any of your business but my MD did a phenomenal job and I know for a fact that my hip brand has not been recalled. Actually it was after I said that when he started with the stupid, quite unprofessional as far as the medical field goes, questions. I said, "Who exactly is it that wants to give me money?" I said, "They are going to just write me a check? What exactly is your interest in this?" I worry this is a scam. I am not worried for me because I know better. I am concerned for people who would believe this fool. I kept asking the name of his company and he couldn't answer that either.

I am registered on the do not call registry and they still call my cell phone.  I just threatened to file a civil suit against them and he said he would stop calling.

I Answer the phone to them by saying " FBI INTERNET FRAUD DIVISION.......DO WISH TO MAKE A COMPLAINT" Usually by then they hang up and don't call back .

When this idiot calls with his scam, just say "Pug May Jow Too" which means fu in Hindi. He will be really ticked at this and will call you incessantly from all of his various phone numbers. Report all numbers asap to the FTC and DOJ. Hopefully they can figure out that these fools are calling with fake numbers purporting to be from La Jolla, San Diego, Fort Lauderdale in Florida and Dallas, Tx even though they are really from India.

I have received multiple calls from this number, including two back to back this morning while I am trying to work. I NEVER answer but this person is very persistent. The number that keeps calling is 425-577-7190 and is strangely similar to the last number that was persistent at calling which was 425-625-1970. They must get numbers in bulk!

Sorry I made a mistake and said it was Verizon calling me, they are my carrier I mis understood, the caller is some telemarketer.

These idiots are claiming that they are with a company that deals with claims for sling and mesh medical suites filed against these products! They are Indian nationals and continue to call my work daily at least three times. The scary thing is I don't know how they got my direct number into the area I work?

I got a call from this number on August 28, 2013. Same story...it was a man with a very heavy Indian accent saying he was from Medical Compensation, wanted to know if I ever took birth control, had bladder surgery, or other surgery. I asked how he got my medical information, I thought it was private...he said "oh no, we get reports". Got a call again tonight this time it was Unknown. Same thing...I told him not to call me again and his response was "I will call you, I like your voice, I like you" As I was hanging up on him he said "I love you"
That was just a bit over the edge, he called back FOUR more times and I didn't answer.  My phone is ringing now and it says UNKNOWN!  By the way...he is calling on my cell phone!!!

So I am now officially part of this group but I have a twist.  It is not only a man but a woman as well,  The calls are several different numbers (781 & 202 along with the standard 425 area codes).  During the first call the guy and lady represented themselves as government health officials.  I told them it was against the law to have my confidential medical records and asked where they got my records?  immediate hang ups.  2 days later it is back to the bladder mesh question: "i understand from your medical records you or someone you know has had a bladder mesh surgery".  I told him to stop calling immediately.  My hopes of him/her actually not calling me again are slim after reading your emails.  Oh well.

got a call from 4255777190 @10:14 AM - when answered it sounded like it was making a call- I heard ringing-ended call immediately

I have received several calls from this number 425-577-7190 When I answer the phone the caller would hang up the telephone.  Usually its in the early morning hours around 9 am when I get the call.  It is very annoying!

Not sure what they want but kept asking about a surgery I had years ago and what materials were used, very invasive phone call, finally had to hang up on the Indian woman and block the number.  Called my cell at 6:30am....DOH !!!

keep getting the same message about some heath care and if I took birth control this number is 561-282-2234 they have switched there number got calls from the number above also. I am getting so many of these calls.

My calls are the same and he asks for a person that does not live here.  He calls repeatedly.  Leaves silent messages on my machine.  I am also on  a do not call list. He does not care.

just do not answer...they will stop.

I also received a call from them about  Medical Financial Compensation. Would not answer their questions. Told them I have a unlisted and published number, on the do not call list and they are in violation of the HIPPA laws. I am going to file a complaint against them to the FCC and the HIPPA in the state of Florida.

We got a call from this number at 5am.  Whoever is running this scam is quite rude.  We have set that phone to "silent" and "no forward" so it won't go to voice mail, and we won't hear the phone ring when it calls.

Theses people call 3 or 4 times per day, it is getting tiring
