Just got a call from this number. After I said hello, there was silence for a few seconds, than, a female recording came on and said "good-bye"................What the heck!

i am contacting you in reference ot a call I had gotten yesterday 03/02/10 with a message left that if I don't call them within the next 5 to 39 minutes that they will proceed to turn in my paperwork an an officer will arrive at my work n pick me up take me to jail ehas the heck I had lost my phone yesterday
they have heavy accidents n I have a hard time understanding them.  so please get back to me on this and let me know if this is a real contact number n business and I need to know what the name of the business is and their address, if it is real.  Also need ot know who they are reprensenting when they call me.

Called me at work, apparently the FBI will be coming to arrest me at home.

The same thing happen to me today. I'm just freak out that they new some of my information!

i recieved the same call from this brian guy probably in september of 2009( heavy middle eastern accent hard to understand) telling me i was to be in court in LA by 2:00 that afternoon, i live in ohio, i told him he was crazy and if that was true i would have heard about it before now and he got angry and started swearing at me, i hung up, he called back later and i answered and told him he had the wrong number and he got real nasty with me so i hung up again, i callled my wife had her check the bank accounts and also cantacted the bank and told them to put an alert on our accounts, about 2 weeks later he called and asked for me again i told him he had a wrong number he then rattled off my soc sec # so i hung up and filed a police report, they could not trace the number, after the police report i hadnt heard anything untill today march 24th, he called and left a message, the number on the caller ID was 12127773456, which if you call says its some movie phone site but the number he left me on the message was 4256063786, i saved my message from sept on my phone and its almost identical to the one i got today. these guys are a scam and hopefully some one catches them soon, just make sure not to give them any personal info, i find it kind of fun to screw with them hopefully theyll get sick of it and quit calling

I too just got a call from Shawn Flores (obv not real name) stating that if i dont payi will be arrested at my home by tomorrow afternoon. After I informed him I was taping the convo he seemed very nervous. I tld him that I would have HIM arrested for violating fair credit reporting act. He gave me to a supervisor that tried to recant and said i couldnot be arrested. he said it was XL Logo corporate law offices and i was guilty of money laundering, wire fraud, heck fraud, ect !!!!! I rported them and suggest all you do as well. DO NOT GIVETHEMANY MONEY!

I received a call at work from the number 441-103-2010, but I was at work, so I let it go to voicemail, where I was told to call Shawn Flores (I believe that's his last name, anyway) back at 425-606-3786.  He was looking for a woman by the name of Starla.  This isn't my name, and I don't know anyone by this name, but he wasn't the first collections place looking for her with my number as a point of contact.  

I called back to let them know that there was no Starla attached to this number, and he asked me my name and my age.  And when I asked why, he--no lie--asked me to marry him!!  WTH!?  He said I should consider it, since he was a nice man, but if I hung up, he wouldn't call and harass me anymore.  I told him to go to hell and hung up.  True to his word, he hasn't called back, but WTH!?

Reverse look-up does indeed put the 425 number in Issaquah, WA, as a landline, but interestingly enough the 441 number originiates in Bermuda, which would explain the accents, no?

I just received a message from this number stating that I will be arrested at my place of employment if I do not call them back.  I did call them back, and without giving any of my information, I found out that they are trying to get money from me due to a payday loan which is already paid off.  When I asked questions they hung up on me.  I tried to report them to the BBB and there is no company with that number.

This phone number is based in Issaquah WA.  It is billed as a land line, but so far no further information.

I also received a call today from this number. Ther person calling had a heavy accent (  middle eastern) and was difficult to understand. Her  name was michell .she told me she had a criminal case against me lying on this desk and that if I did not return this call within 45 minutes she was going to turn in the paperwork and have me arrested. The caller ID showed 212-777-3456 and the number  left for me to call back was 425-606-3786.

I also got a call from that number saying that they would send an officer to my job if I didn't call back in an hour. This was done earlier today while I was at work. I called the number back, but got no answer. Who are these people?

I received the same call yesterday.  The call consisted of all the same as the other.  He said I owed a payday call.  And someone was going to come and take me away to jail.  He really frightened me.
If he want's to swim they can reach me in the Gulf of Mexico.  The person I spoke with was Steve Austin.  It came form this number 425-606-3786.

Bosslady I got a call from that same number 2 day, and I contacted the FTC and reported the conversation and the comments. I also contacted my attorney general here in Lousiana and was informed that debt collection agencies can not make threats to you. I was also told that you can not be arrested for not paying a payday loan or any other debt collection. These people are scammers and I know it for sure because each voice mail is the same and each conversation is the same. It's like their reading a script until you ask questions and then they get rude and loud and make idol threats, and believe me they are idol threats.

I have been getting the same thing from these people - it originally started out as a New Hampshire number.

i got the same thing when this biran parkos called me from 212-759-1762  and told me it was a crime divison and that they had a legal case download against me.. and i have no idea who these peeople were. but its ovious that its a scam.. cuz they sounded from a different country..and who in there right mind would say that in the msg.. and say the hpd will pick u up at work.. hpd.. homecided police department??? no way.. if they where going to turn in the paper work to court why would the hpd be involved in this.. if its  acollection agency with the 212-759-1762 that shows on google?? so disregard these phone calls!! these people so be brought to justice and go to court for takin money from other people..

I got the same run around about not paying some kind of payday loan and that I would be picked up at work.  I fought with him for a long time and finally got him to send me something about what was going on.  It was some document that I could have typed up and sent out.  I am still waiting to hear back from the number that was in the message.

They are not calling about a pay day loan. It isn't a real Law Firm It is some a** hole harrassing you because he doesn't have anything else better to do. He did the same thing to me but started sexually harrassing me.

I recieved a call from this number and got a voicemail. When I listened to the message they were saying they were from a law firm and that I needed to call back to avoid legal action. I called the number back and it was an Oriental man that answered and said he was Sean Richards and that he worked at a law firm in LA.He wouldn't tell me the name of this so called law firm and got angry when I wouldn't give him my phone number that I was calling from. I traced the number and it was a Washington number. The man began to make comments such as will you have sex with me.. I want to F*** you and stick my D*** in your P****. Take naked pictures and so on and so forth.

is it legal for them to threaten you about jail and charges for not paying a online payday loan

ya some one called me today from this number 425 606 3786 and they said the same thing that i would go to jail if i didnt pay and that they are going to court tomarrow and they have allegations against me as far as not paying my loan and thef by deception who is this place and are they serious anyone else have this experence its from cash net they had a really heavy accentas well

He also called my son's cell phone yesterday and left him a message for me to call him back (which I tried to do earlier today). My son thouh it was from my mortgage company (Chase), but that sounds pretty unprofessional and unethical for a company like Chase. The caller ID showed 212-777-3456 and the number he left for me to call back was 425-606-3786. The number he left yesterday on my son's voice mail for me to call is 1-866-582-5208 ext 30451.
I want to know who this is and what their gme is. It is uncceptable, unethical,  and I believe probably illegal.

This caller just called me again.  I told him that we were on to them.  They were the law ferm of Cash Net.  Am I ever going to get rid of this person.  Any suggestions out there.

Yes you guys, this guy tried this with my brother to. But I beat my brother to the punch. I actually called the number and this guy started throwing profanities and cussing me out. The funny thing is if he thinks I am so stupid then why is he using SKYPE numbers to do this. If you get calls form weird numbers write them down and contact skype. Good luck and DONT GIVE THIS guy your info.

And one other note. If you have used an on line payday loan your information is out there for people to get a hold of. If ANY of you have to or need to get a pay day loan PLEASE go get one from a ligit place. Take the extra time and save yourself from the drama from this clown..

I received a voice mail yesterday from a woman named Stella from "Division of Law and Investigation" who had a very thick accent. She stated that there is a legal matter against me and that my attorney or I need to call her back as soon as I received the message. If I didn't return her message that I will have to deal with the consequences. I called the number back but it just kept ringing and no one answered.

She called again today with the same shpeel she said on the voicemail. When I asked her what this was regarding she stated that I needed to hold the line and talk to her "senior supervisor". I waited on the phone but the supervisor never came on the phone. She kept telling me not to hang up and that if I did they will send someone to take me to jail from my place of employment. I laughed in her face and hung up the phone. This was the weirdest call even though I know there is no legal matter against me.
