I have a skype in Number with a 718 area code - received the robo call twice today 2:16pm and yesterday 11:22am - I hung up on them.

I live in NYC and also received a phone call from 425-658-8972 on Jan. 19, 2012. My caller ID had the word "Kirkland" on it. I do not recognize a company called Kirkland that I have ever done business with; however my own investigation suggests the possibility that this caller could be a telemarketer.
Still I am not sure. If anyone else can shed some light on just who this caller definitely is I would appreciate it.

Caller ID indicated Electric Bill, 425-658-8972 called me. I have no business with them and my number is on the Do Not Call Registry. I will be reporting this.

The call was from Electric Bill, 425-658-8972. I don't even pay for electricity! Of course they left no message. I wish there was some way to stop this kind of blatant harassment.

Been calling once a day between 5 and 6 pm. I live in NYC. Caller ID reads: Electric Bill. I finally started picking up and no one is on the line. I called the number back and a recording says it's a disconnected number.

Same Bull@#$% calls - no one answers - now I just yell F%%^ into the phone and hang up. Whether someone hears that is of no concern to me.

I just got a call from (425) 658-8972 and the caller ID said "Kirkland". When I answered, no one on the other end responded. I this a scam? If so how does it work? What is the purpose of calling and then not saying anything?

I live in New York City; I doubt that the call was Pacific Electric. But like the others, the caller ID said "Kirkland" and no one picked up when I answered--presumably because the call was robo-dialed by a machine with the intent of connecting me to a real "Kirkland" employee once one became available--"Kirkland" does not want to waste their time just listening to phone noises. My time on the other hand...much less valuable to "Kirkland."

1/14/2012 9:46am CST. Same as above - received a call from 425-658-8972; Electric Bill on caller ID. When I answered, the caller hung up. I called back and received a fast busy signal. I tried again and heard a message that the number had been disconnected.

Received call from this number today at 4:56 pm on January 13, 2012. Comes up Electric Bill on Caller ID. No message left. One more call and I will go to authorities and proceed with legal action. Am on Do Not Call list.

Just got a call from this number, we are on the National Do Not Call list,,,did not answer it, if I don't know who is on the other end,,,we don't have any reason to talk. Did not leave a message. My VM on my phone states we are on the DNC List and if you are a sales call DO NOT CALL BACK

Just received a call from 425-658-8972 which states on caller ID that it is Electric Bill, when called back a message stated that it was a disconnected number for Pacific Telecommunication Group and is no longer in service. Go guess
