I called the number back and got someone to take my business numbers off their telemarketing call list. Hopefully that works.

Same thing here today.  Hold music for about a minute or two and then disconnect.  What is the point in these?  I just don't get.  Is it because they have to show a quota of "calls made" and the employee just doesn't care?  I don't understand the point.

Same as above.  Has called twice and when I answered, heard canned music and no one was there.  Eventually it disconnected but it is VERY annoying because it interrupts my work!

You would think a business concerned with small business would quit calling so I could receive legitimate business calls!
