On my answering machine there was a female oriental voice saying..Herow?..Herow?... then something in Chinese which I?m assuming is a swear.

There are several posibilities...you know how cops can triangulate locations of people while they talk on the phone? What other information can they get? They can get your other phone #s, address, your credit card #, depending on how you pay your bill. It is annoying, ive had the calls for the past week every 3 hrs, i only answered the first time with no response. I suppose it could be a prank, but it seems to me they need some other 'reward', or they would stop after a day at the max, and their targets wouldnt be so extensive.

I get these calls several times a day. I do not answer them. When I did try to dial the number it wasn't able to be accessed.

Is there a way to get rid of these guys ?

Getting calls

I started getting calls from this number about completing education. My wife talked to them the first time and told them she wasn't interested in any type of education and wasn't interested. They continue to call everyday so, now I answer the phone in order to talk to them like dogs that they are. The calls don't bother me as I enjoy telling them what I think.
 If and when there comes a time when I don't feel like talking to them anymore. I'll let me answer machine answer the call. Them calling me isn't costing me anything just makes my visitors think I'm a popular kind of person. I say keep calling and I'll keep ignoring you ......lol

This number has called at least 6 times today and I am going to try the 6* and see if this works.

These people keep calling me too and when I answer there is no one on the line and they won't leave a message. Yesterday they called me 7 times.

I would like the calls from the phone number 425-694-3688 to stop.

How do you report this number to the FCC?

It started with continuing education which i then told them to stop calling me because i was not interested. The phone calls persisted mostly late at night. They just called me and i told the person to stop calling me and they then went on to ask if i knew why they were calling. and i replied yes for education. He said no and said that he was calling because i was beautiful. I then replied have a good night and hung up. he called back and left messages saying that he just wanted to be my friend. I have errased these messages and plan on blocking him as well as reporting this to my phone company.

KEEP GETTING A CALL FROM THIS NUMBER AND EVERY TIME I PICK UP THEY HAVE YET TO SAY ANYTHING AND THEY JUST HANG UP AFTER ME SAYING HELLO "TIRED OF THESE GAMES WHO IS THIS CALLING MY PHONE?"

every 2 hour I get a call from this number (425) 694-3688 and no one respond I am tyred.

This guys makes me crazy. Phone quality low and keep hanging up on me. Call more then 20 times in 3 days 30 to 40 times last 10days.

These people keep calling with either "name unavailable" or a whole bunch of numbers preceeded by the letter V.  They also seem to be able to by pass the answering service and ring the phone 10 times in a row.

This number has started calling several times a day but no one speaks if I answer.  I have blocked the number but the missed calls still show up and they are piling up!  I don't know who they are and want the calls stopped.

Just got a second call from this number on my cell phone. I did not answer the first time but did this time and they asked for a Teresa something or other. I told them they had the wrong number and he came back with my phone number and I told him once more, he had the wrong number and hung up on him. The connection was awful.

They called with my name and address claiming to be from the US Department of education and they were following up with an online request I had filled out asking for more information about continuing education.  I decided to have a bit of fun at their expense knowing full well it was a scam and strung them along for 10-15 minutes asking what the website was and asking what their contact number was then when I was transfered to a "supervisor" who told me my reference number was my phone number.  When I asked what his number was he said "it's the number on your screen" and I said "Oh is that the 555 number?" to which he said "yes if that's what is flashing on your screen."  at which point I unloaded on him and called him out.  When I told him that any further calls would be considered harassment and they had been told to remove me from their call list  and if they continued to call I knew my rights and would be be contacting my lawyer he hung up on me.  

oh and I reported the 425-694-3688 number to the FTC and US Department of Education even though if you try to call it back it's not a valid number

I have had the same call about how the government wants to give me money and they want my bank acct number to deposit my but if they really were the IRS/ Government then they would already have this information. When I asked them to send me proof of who they were they responded that they wee not able to lol

my phone co says dial star 60 and follow the prompts.  this will block this number from calling you.  i just did it so I don't know if it works or not.

Yes, at first they asked about continuing education.  I then told them we're not interested and asked them to take us from the list.  They called a day or so after, but hang up each time before I had a chance to answer.  I wanted to tell them to stop calling me.  Now I get totally different numbers as though they can choose whichever number to call from (607-724-9716, 315-635-9781, 662-003-2920).  Their original number was 425-694-3688.  I want these idiots to quit calling.  Anybody found a solution, please post this.  Thanks in advance.

Received 11 calls in 1 day and I never answered the phone.

This Number has been reported to the FCC and Hopefully it will put a stop to this waste of Valuable time .

Called, no message.
