Called today saying I'm being sued!

Called my cell and work phone threatening that I owed money to Cash4U and charges were going to be filed this was a criminal offense. I have never applied for loan with fake company. I called and told them I did not owe money and do not call me at work. I requested the supposed bank acct money was deposited and date. I was hung up on. I called back numerous times and was hung up on.

By the way - satelite images show the address attached to the number for this "law firm" is obviously a small private residence

"patric tobin" is another of these middle eastern scumbag scammers - with a fake post to try to make this company look legitimate.  These people spoof phone numbers and steal the names of lgeitimate law firms.  Firms that when called confirm that they have no connection to these idiots.  Look at the grammar and wording of "patrics" post - he can't even spell patric right!  The funniest part is that they "played the recording for my higher authorities" - what a joke.  Please people - do not fall for this! "Investiagtors" do not "come knocking" at peoples jobs over debts.  Theser is no debtors prison in the us - not since the Civil War.    This site is full of posts by people who have been called by these crackpots.  The names and number always change - but the story remains the same.

I really hate these procedures they follow, i never knew that they will send investigators knocking at my job and leaving me getting embarrassed in front of my office people..at the initial phone call i knew that i owed this money but i was in a financial problem so just couldnt make the two ends meet, i started taking things lightly and just told them DO WHAT YOU GOT TO DO, they asked me repeatedly about my opinion in this but i became ignorant under an assumption that they are just trying to threaten me, but fellows please look in the matter as they are serious about what they say..and i was also informed that i had a right to remain silent but i never kept quite so the result was they played the whole recording at my higher athuorities..
guys be alert and sharp and be a good listener and do the needful..

"Stephanie" or more liley Habib is obviously one of the scammers. Why would pay something with no validation of the debt?  You didn't remember defaulting on a loan?  But all of a sudden with their phone call you did? These people are dirtbag scammers and "stephanie" is one of them.  Please people - read the post by "the saint" under the number 909-200-2008 - it has alot of information on this scam.  Take a close look at "stephanies's" post - the grammer is slightly off - don't fall for it!!

I also received a call from this number three times a day and when i call them i found that my creditor cash4u was trying to file a lawsuit against me.I was not aware of any thing before my telephone conversation with them.As soon as i came to know about my debt that i owe from them i had started requesting them to settle this matter without any kind of legal procedure.And fortunately on my request they accepted my outstanding balance and fixed my issue.They are very genuine people i appreciate their help in this matter.
