We got the same thing.  Came up on caller id.  Answered phone and no one there.

"Credit Card Services" trying to get you to pay them to call your credit card company for you.  You don't need to pay them to call your credit card companies to ask for a lower interest rate.  You can do this yourself.  The only thing you'll get from these guys is a BIG BILL.

Received several calls from 603-214-3512, they left no message.

603-214-3512 called re: decreased interest on unnamed credit card.  Left message on answering machine-message garbled, fake British accent.

am on do not call list, obviously this government agency doesn't work either.

Got  a call from a supposed credit  card company .

Just did a call trace and it goes to ERROL, New Hampshire. 03579 but I'm not going to pay the $12.00 for the revise phone number look up :)

Over the last two week I have received 11 of these calls all from 603-214-3512 my caller ID says "Credit Card Services" I pres 1 and a Rebecca comes on telling me she can lower the rate on my credit card.  I say "really I have a 7.4% fixed now can you do better then that?" She says "yes can I get the number of your card", when I started to laugh she hung up. I filed a do not call complaint with the PA Attorney Generals office at http://www.attorneygeneral.gov/ComplaintForms/dnc_form.aspx  you folks need to do the same!!

Same as before recording to remove you from call list and push button and they get your numner to everyone.

I got a call from this 'company' this afternoon. Make sure to file a complaint on www.donotcall.gov website if you get harassed by these jagoffs.

Just got a call from them 30 seconds ago and got the lady's name I spoke with: "Rebecca".  From the sound of her voice she was roughly mid 30's, smoked a good bit, and sounded of African decent.  I asked to speak to her manager and was put on speaker phone, I then proceeded to yell at them about how I am on the do not call registry and if they cannot get their F*ing act together there will be consequences to their actions.

I then got hung up on.

I called the caller ID number back and got the recording that hw did above.  Luckily I read his post before I hit 1.  I am also going to use the suggestion from "bud" and get reach out to the Pennsylvania Attorney General.

Another day, another telemarketer.

i saw my caller id,   checked this site first,   saved myself alot of headaches apparently.

same thing... got an automated call and pressed 1 to talk to rep. when rep came on, he said he was from card services and wanted to lower my IR. i told him i didnt have any credit cards and i was on the PA atty general's committee to penalize these types of calls. he hung up.

I received a call today from this#. First starting with a recorded message stating to press 1 for interest rate reduction. So I pressed 1 and the woman told me I qualify for a rate reduction on my Visa/Mastercard accounts. I told her I dont have any balances on my accounts. She stated that I needed to have a balance of $4000+ to qualify.  I asked her since I dont have any balances, wouldnt you verify that info before you called my number. She hung up on me.
