just setting your phone only accept incoming call from list on your phone.

i got call from this number too 427-5560171 with poor engslih,and then im setting my phone only accept phone from my list on the phone thats all.

Received second call 1-427-556-0171 for loan application.  Person who called refused to identify company or number to return call. Call traced by phone log.

Iwas call back be company to get a loan of 1.500 dollars after here got some info i need to find some more info to give hem he have not call me back .

427 556 0171 -  been getting calls from this number and it goes beep beep beep.. also will never leave a message. I just reported this to Verizon so they can monitor my account. This is connected to an on-line web site for quick loans. Someone I know filled it out and put my home number down as a reference. That's how they got my number. Verizon said don't call back the number, it will activate long distance/overseas charges possibly.  Just report it and watch your phone bill. IT'S A SCAM!

Yes...3 times at work!  I answered the first time nothing.  The second time someone ask did I apply for a car loan...I said NO!  He hanged up.  This is the same MO as with the others-someone with an East Indian accent.  The 3rd time a woman said hello and i said how can I help you.  She ask if this was a business and I said yes...She hanged up!  I will be reporting this to FCC along with a whole list of other numbers.

Also receiving calls from this number.  If you answer it, I get beep beep beep and then a hangup.  I will not answer this call anymore and I am going to try and block it.

I just tried the donotcall.gov & none of the area codes were recognized as being valid.

I'm getting the same calls.  Does anyone know how to stop them from calling? (427,825,658) all 3 numbers call 3 times a day.  Just started 3 days ago.

Same exact thing happened to me! Both numbers mentioned and (820) 654-8921 and (227) 915-8178...NUMEROUS times in addition to texts from (620) 210-2074 and (818) 602-4168.  This all started around 5pm yesterday after work and happened again throughout the day today.  When does it end?!

i also have gotten the same calls all from the same sounding foreign guy, all with the same question about a loan, the numbers are 427 556 0171, 820 654 8921, 658 546 9105, 227 915 8178, 803 978 1236, all started yesterday, very annoying !!!! thank you for the hint Wendy, i will do the same

I got called by 4275560171 at 8:21am and 11am today. I then got called by 6585469105 at 9:30am. I missed all the calls. Upon researching that they're telemarketers, I filed complaints on the National Do Not Call Registry for each of the calls.

I got a call from this phone number on my work cell but did not answer, as I didn't recognize it. No message was left but after a little googleing I now realize that it's a call scam thanks to all you bloggers!

How do you stop calls from 427-556-0171, 658-546-9105, 726-521-8465 these calls !!!!  I made the mistake of answering one call and said I didn't request a loan and they should knock it off.  Still getting calls

I keep getting calls from 4275560171 and 629675112 and 5259560175. I answered once and got nothing. I called back and got that it was disconnected.

Yep, I've been getting these calls... but when I answered there was no one on the other end.  I also got the 658 number calling my phone, asking me about applying for an auto loan--which I didn't--and I requested them to remove my number.

My phone number is a LANDLINE!!!  And I've had my phone service for LESS THAN A WEEK, and these numbers have already called my phone 8-10 times a day!!!!

I did, they have called me a few times today, I finally answered, they asked me if i had filed for a cash loan.  I said no and he said okay bye. the other number that called me is 658-546-9105, I am pretty sure it is the same thing since they called me 10 minutes apart.

I've been getting these strange #'s with all kinds of weird area codes (825, 658, 282, 427,609,629,701... the list goes on). Finally made a list of every number, and all the times they've called; and it's rediculous, I didn't realize because I just always ignore them, but I've been getting calls almost everyday, several times a day from these numbers.
I've signed up with the DoNotCall registry https://www.donotcall.gov/default.aspx but it takes 31 days before I can make a complaint. I've also been googling the #s, and getting the same blog/comments about each number.. all scammers that somehow get our cell numbers. I'm thinking the comment above makes since about getting a random text & replying STOP, and then actually increased the calls after because they realized my number is active.
There's got to be something to stop these calls. Especially because it seems to be happening to a lot of people. I even thought I could block them through my cell provider, but I can only block so many #s & from what I've read & what seems to be happening is these scammers are using multiple #s so they can't be blocked. If someone figures out a way to block please inform me!!!

I keep getting a call from this number on my cell during my work day.  IT'S ANNOYING!!  Everytime I go to answer it, no one is there.  I have one of those pre-paid minutes phones and I still get charged a minute every time they call.  I WANT TO SCREAM!

I also started receiving calls from these following area codes ( 727, 427, 658, 629, 525) as of yesterday.  They are relentless and will not stop calling.   Report them to donotcall.gov and file a complaint.

Calling on business phone. First from 427-556-0171 and then a minute later 658-546-9105. No message left. From everything I have read it's a robo call scam. Maybe that big inheritance check is on it's way from Nigeria.

Got a call from this number at 9:55 PM last night.  I did not answer as I didn't know who it was.  No message was left either.  Id say some type of scam.

I have received in 10 minutes 2 calls on my work cell - so naturally I have answered the phone ... How will I get a big bill on my phone for answering it ??? I don't understand how that works ???? BUT - I will not be answering the call and will be requesting to block the numbers if I can.

yes, 3 times in the past 2 days. I've also received calls from area codes 629, 525, and 277. This just started yesterday.

received call from several different numbers 629-154-6910, 525-956-0175, 427-556-0171. Most phone carriers will alow you to put a block on up to 5 phone numbers at a time so these scammers use 20+ different numbers. I am receiving a call about every hour & half from a different number! Do not answer this or call them back. They say "your loan has been approved" when you have not applied for one. You will receive a big charge on ur phone bill if you answer or call them back. it is a number over seas! They can still get thru even though you are on the "no call list".
