Yes, I also got this bogus email. Funny how my "case number" ADR59832 is the same as all of yours LOL!! But mine is from Illinois. A place I never lived, worked or done business in. I forwarded this to the police. They claim this as a "Federal" crime from a "State" investigation unit, haha! Too funny! And we all have the same case number.. nice try! Now the REAL POLICE have your information buddy! LOL!! What official police have an @aol.com email address anyways!?

Received an "Arrest Warrant" email with the charge of "Theft by Defect" (case # ADR59832) prompting me to call Nixion Brown
(773) 654 4244 at the Chicago State Investigation Dept proclaiming himself to be the attorney. When I called, it rings like a home phone and someone picked up the called with a strong foreign accent. I was being told that I owed a huge amount of money from personal loan to a company named USA Cash Advanture America, which I do not recall applying. He then transferred me to another "attorney" (also with a strong foreign accent) stating that if I don't pay that I will be arrested. But he would not release the company's info for me to validate the charge. When he repeat my SSN# I stated it was incorrect, then he hung up the phone but then called back and blamed that I had hung up on him. That is when I realized something is wrong. When he knew I was not going to pay, he threaten that I will be issued an arrest warrant or I have to appear in court. Anyway, it was really confusing of what he say. Later, I decided to google "Nixion Brown, Arrest Warrant Scams" and realized this Nixion Brown has been using different tel# from all over the country to post the same scams on people!

Same thing...got an email from this person stating they had an arrest warrant for me, with a cheesy graphic enclosed with my name and social on it....I was like wtf???

Googled it and this site is what I came up with.

I was never worried, just curious how they got my information. I'm going to make a few phone calls to make sure that my identity wasn't stolen, considering they have my SS #.

Don't call - it's a scam attempt.  Instead, forward the email to the FBI at their Internet Crime Complaint Center - www.ic3.gov.  No one gets a heads up they'll be arrested, or served.

If you had an arrest warrant out, guess what?  The cops would just show up, unannounced.  You never get a heads up you'll be arrested, or served court papers.  The email is a scam attempt (which you already figured out yourself).

A scam:

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation's consumer protection agency, is warning consumers to be on the alert for scam artists posing as debt collectors. It may be hard to tell the difference between a legitimate debt collector and a fake one. Sometimes a fake collector may even have some of your personal information, like a bank account number. A caller may be a fake debt collector if he:

?is seeking payment on a debt for a loan you do not recognize;
?refuses to give you a mailing address or phone number;
?asks you for personal financial or sensitive information; or
?exerts high pressure to try to scare you into paying, such as threatening to have you arrested or to report you to a law enforcement agency.

If you think that a caller may be a fake debt collector:

?Ask the caller for his name, company, street address, and telephone number. Tell the caller that you refuse to discuss any debt until you get a written "validation notice." The notice must include the amount of the debt, the name of the creditor you owe, and your rights under the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
If a caller refuses to give you all of this information, do not pay! Paying a fake debt collector will not always make them go away. They may make up another debt to try to get more money from you.?Stop speaking with the caller. If you have the caller's address, send a letter demanding that the caller stop contacting you, and keep a copy for your files. By law, real debt collectors must stop calling you if you ask them to in writing.
?Do not give the caller personal financial or other sensitive information. Never give out or confirm personal financial or other sensitive information like your bank account, credit card, or Social Security number unless you know whom you're dealing with. Scam artists, like fake debt collectors, can use your information to commit identity theft ? charging your existing credit cards, opening new credit card, checking, or savings accounts, writing fraudulent checks, or taking out loans in your name.
?Contact your creditor. If the debt is legitimate ? but you think the collector may not be ? contact your creditor about the calls. Share the information you have about the suspicious calls and find out who, if anyone, the creditor has authorized to collect the debt.
?Report the call. Contact the FTC and your state Attorney General's office with information about suspicious callers. Many states have their own debt collection laws in addition to the federal FDCPA. Your Attorney General's office can help you determine your rights under your state's law.
