Received another call from this number, but it was blocked by my Digitone call blocker. Caller ID showed Out of Area. If it is TxFOP, they will not give up. They are relentless and have several different numbers that they use. They are the main reason I bought and installed a call blocker. We made the mistake of donating once about ten years ago thinking they were a worthwhile charity. While the cause is worthwhile, not much of the cash actually gets to the policemen and policewomen killed or injured in the line of duty, or their families. That, at least, according to my research on Texas fraternal orders of police.

This is "The Fraternal Order Of Police" I let him get all the way through his pitch and hit the button on my phone telling him this number does not accept this type of call. Just another phone scam

On 10/4/2013 at 4:42pm A man says he is with the Fraternal Order of Police, wanting to know how much I will pledge. It's a scam.
I told him we do not pledge anything on the phone. He said Mam, all I am asking for it the minimum of $25.
I told him again we do not pledge anything on the phone.

Called yesterday and today. Caller ID says Midland, Tx. Lookup says Class 3 Communications. If they call again, I will turn them in to my state's Attorney General's office. May be a political call.

Received a call around 7:50 pm yesterday from this number. No message. Caller ID showed Out of Area. No clue to who it is, but I don't know anyone from Midland-Odessa.
