keep getting calls from Ray Parker but his company now is BFF out  of PA. same guy heavy Indian Accent new phone # 610-427-5128

I have been dealing with the same crap.  the 408 and the 818 and 810 number.  they are harrassing, threatening, i do have a lawyer.  We called them and they gave my lawyer a hard time.  He told me not to do anything and if they keep harrassing me we will sue.  Either nobody answers or they don't want to give you an address or anything

yes i got the same call from same ppl it a lie they are lies. they aslo calls from a 818 285 number call your laywer sowe the hell out them.

I have had these people keep calling me saying there from parker and parker with like 3 different names. They say they have something on my name and social security number. There calling me everyday and I won't answer. I want to know what I can do about these people. There harrasing me and Im tired of it. I have 10 or more voicemails. I called the police and there is nothing that they can do for me. I have never taken out a loan. They called me a lying and that Im a f*** b****. If they really worked at a law office they wouldnt have foul mouth like that. What can we do about these people.

I received a call from an Alex Greene stating he was from the Attorney Generals office and federal charges were going to be filed against me if I didn't pay.  He was very threatening and I could hardly understand him.  I asked what company he was collecting from and he said he works for about 50 companies.  He said something would be mailed 15-17 days after payoff explaining everything.  He also asked for a copy of my driver's license to be faxed.  I have since had to change my card number but they continue to call non stop.

I had a guy call me from this number saying they work for the D.A.'s office and I was under investigation for fraud.  He asked me to confirm my social, birthdate, address, etc.  When I told him that I would not confirm or deny my information until I learned more about the issue at hand he proceded to tell me he was going to come to my home and rape me while my kids watched.  I called the police but they said they couldn't really do anything if all I had was a phone number and a guys name.  This is horrible and someone needs to stop these people.

Hi evryone. I was using google and came across this page. I was searching american loan investiagations. I had a women start calling me friday 6/10/11. she called me 6 times and left 6 voice mail. I listened to them later and her name is kelly smith from american loan. She said she recieved my name and social and im being charged with check fraud, intent to deceive and something like false information and like scamming the american banking system something like that. I called back and it was like a cell phone voice mail. Not really sure whats going on. I have contacted the police already. the number is 408-419-1943.

I have been getting similar calls from this number for the last few days.  I finally spoke to them and they told me there was a federal investigation against my SSN. Scary thing is they had all my account information, home address, employer name,etc. They said that I owed for an online payday loan that I received in Jan of 2011, which I did not.  They kept asking if I wanted to settle it and i said yes i want to settle it by finding out what it was all about.  Then they kept asking if I wanted to lose my job because they would call my employer and tell them i was a fraud and stole $15k.  I told them that that was harrassment and i would sue them for that.  So then they kept telling me it was too late they would call my employer.  I asked for a supervisor that could speak english and they asked me if i did not understand english.  Finally hung up.  Since yesterday afternoon i have gotten 3 more calls from that number but have not answered.

I got a call yesterday around 8:00 pm. I asked who was it and he constantly asked for me but because they had been playing on my phone I told them they have the wrong number.  Then the guy said i want you now I will F*** you...i told him he was a nasty b*****d and would rot in hell for harrassing me and sayin nasty stuff.  I told him i was gonna call the police department and have them trace the number because he is harrassing me. He called back numerous times so the last time he called I just gave him the reject hotline number and he never called back.  I then called and got my house phone number changed.  I got a call on my cell phone just now from the same number and i answered it and he said its an investigation on my social security number. I said no its not because I have a fraud alert watch on my social, identity, and credit. He said he is gonna send someone and I should pay now and I just hung up because it just sounds like a scam to get me to pay them.

Someone called me today from this number 818-302-7511 saying there name was officer jasmine, and they have been calling for about 2 weeks now.

these people called me 4 times today, never left a message and when I did answer they hung up.  Any idea who they are or what they want?

They called me again today, and left a message saying if I don't call them back they are going to send the cops to my house...What do they want???

Got 3 calls at work from some Indian guy.  "Keith Parker" and his supervisor. Said they were from AI something.  English was too poor to even guess at it.

When I got home I called them back.  "Ray Parker" answered.  I had to ask about 6 times what the company name was.  This time the company was "UMLE"  and they were located in California.  They hung up when I asked if that was the state they were licensed in.

sounds like the same man with an indian accent that called from a different number and different name saying things about name ans ss# is under investiagion and call him right away or would be forced to turn me in

I have been recieving threatening phone calls from this number.  Indian guy who does not speak very good english.  Said hes calling about loan fraud and there will be attornys at my house in 3 days.  They call non stop and even leave messages on recorder.

has anybody reported this ? anybody do research into these fraudsters

I received several harassing phone calls from a man who has a very thick Indian accent. He told me that there were legal proceedings against me for an "old debt". He then said if he didn't hear from me that authorities would come to my job and arrest me in three days. (that didn't happen) He also said that if he didn't hear from me all he "could do is pray for me as the situation unfolds" on me.
I immediately "Google'd" the phone number and found numerous statements of individuals who had the same guy, same name, with the same speech calling them and harassing them and threatening them.
I called the local police and they told me to contact the FBI to file a complaint!

Don't give your bank/debit card/credit card information to ANYONE over the phone!!!

I have been phone calls and nasty messages for 3 months... I just talk all linds of trash to this indian guy and he loves it???

man with heavy indian accent  called from UNL collections I think he said name was Rick Foster???? and to call back asap & couldn't really understand the rest other than sounded like a legal suit against me. Total scam!!!!

wow so i've had tooken out loans recently but this is just ridiculous. this guy calls my job and my cell non stop I cant even understand what he says on the voicemail. What should I do!

These guys, suposedly work for a payday loan site. They steal your information from the web, then call you and say you owe them money or your sueing, i'v filed a counter-suit against them and i would advise the people who are receiving these calls to do the same. They have already tried to steal 2800$ out of my bank account, i had to cancel the account and now am responsible for the overdrafts.

Hi, these guys are nothing more than scammers...they change the name of the company on a minuet by minuet basis....they use magic jack hooked into computers that scrambles phone numbers...this is why you will get tons of calls from various #'s. They will try and threaten you into paying them...they have been harrassing us for the last 6 months. They will say there is a law suit pending against you and etc..Bogus bullsh*t...If you inquired about a payday loan on the internet this is where they are getting yor info..FBI alerted about these scammers or ones like them a couple of years ago...Best thing to do is change your phone #, they will not send you anything by mail...only phone which cannot be traced...I call them yellow bellied lizards lickers and they get soooo mad....hehe

These guys are scammers...if you have ever inquired about a payday loan on the internet they intercept this info...they try to scare you into paying them. They are not legit. these retards say they are from all kinds of companies such as John F. Weber law firm and etc. They use different names and call from all sorts of different #'s. They use magic jack hooked into computers which scrambles the phone numbers, this is why the calls are untraceable. I always mess with these guys and they get upset, they also use foul language which cracks me up since they think they are so smart. they hate it when I tell them  AMERICANS are to smart to just give them our credit card #'s. I just called them back and pretended like I was going to pay them, first it was 630.00 then it was 1500.00 and then went up again. I asked for a physical address to send a certified payment but they only accept western union or debit/cc...SCAM...DO NOT PAY THESE FREAKS.....

THIS POS called me and asked for Tina. When I said it was the wrong number they called me a DIRTY B***H!!!! I can't believe these people.

i have no idea what this person(s) is saying but they constantly leave messages i can make out a few words as in my social security number, my bank account number, owe them an imaginary debt that i nvr recieved, and police department. they got the wrong one because i dnt owe them anything i did apply for loans last month and only recieved one! i need them to go back to their country with this nonsense!

I am getting the same issues has the people in this email. I am getting calls at my place of work and I have told them to stop and I was just told today they will have me fired and will cont to call me 1000 times per day if they want to. I have kept thier recorded msg.
