Got a call from this number.

They call on a daily basis 3 to 4 times a day. They never leave messages, and call from a different # each time. Every time I Google the # it comes back to these people. I've reported them directly to Capitol One as well as reported several of their #'s to the gonotcall.gov. list. Just keep reporting the #'s and making the complaints on the do not call website. They'll be done before long. Today's #434-533-9602.

I got a new number when I switched from landline to cable . I use the number for outbound calls only and leave my cell phone for return calls. I work from home, so I set the recorder and never answer the phone. Since I have been getting these unanswered calls, twice in the past few months on the days my jeep was in the shop, men in two different white unmarked cargo vans wearing hoodys and carrying tools pulled into my carport right up to  my office window.  No front license plates on the front -required by state law- and muddy rear license plates which I could not read.
Anyway since I have a gun carry permit and keep a military 12 ga nearby; this former Marine  stood to "greet" them at the front door; they saw me through the window and dove into the van and backed out of my driveway- so fast they bumped up on the curb accross the street. While considering these calls may be related, I do not answer and  park my car down the street in hope those fellers return. Perhaps with a boot in their neck they will confess who sent them and possible link to a phone call burglery ring. Like a Texas Rattlesnake I am laying in the sand waiting for answers to all these calls, and two possibly related visits to my home. Next time I will not stand up to be seen, rather crawl to my living room and prepare for administering 00 steel buckshot as they break down the door. If they do talk, I will politely ask them who sent them as the police arrive- and be sure to post the results here.
A special note to would be burglers, consider a less dangerous vocation! I hear they need volunteers to fly experimental aircraft! :o)

I don't have , never have had, or never will have a capitol one credit card and they are calling about them.  STOP Calling me as I have no debt now to a credit card.

Someone should find these people and castrate them. My phone doesn't allow me to block numbers... really annoys me. I will be busy at work and this random number starts ringing again and again. I'll join the FBI and find them all.

I have been getting calls non-stop from this number. They call me day and night 24/7. I am sick to my hears with this situation. I have reported them already.

they keep calling me, and wont say anything till i scream in the phone, ask for kevin, no kevin here, and its my cell phone. then they call again, and again... so i called no answer and again i called and finally got some one and they wanted my info i said for them to quit calling, they said they was a finance company who knows but they are a annoying!!!!

they keep calling and asking for a jerry.  no jerry lives here.  we don't even have credit cards.  tell them that they have the wrong # and they still harass me

I just program my phone to send all THEIR calls, and every other collection agency a**hole's calls straight to my voicemail. This way I never know when they called, until I check the call log on my phone, and you KNOW they wont leave a message !!

Got numerous calls from 434-533-9062

I have been recieving calls from this number about a capital one account master card. I have never had such an account. They said I have been delinquent on payments and $200 dollars over the limit. When I ask them to provide any information the seem dumbfounded and want me to provide my personal information to them. I am not that slow, DO NOT GIVE THESE CREEPS ANY INFO. I called them and they have a fake capital one recording, don't be fooled. I told them to take me off the list, but they will not tell how they got my number. Hope you burn in hell.

I called them back. NCO asking me for my Capital One account number. I do not nor have I ever had one. I told them to remove me. They said it would take 48 hours. They continue to call at all hours. I've talked to them 4 times and each time I'm told I'll be removed within 48 hours. Last time I was told I'm not even in their system and their computer must be stuck in a loop if it's still calling me. They'll now check with their "dial system" department. I'm getting bothered and I've never had one of their cards or bad debt with them. Man, I'd hate to have them trying to collect a debt from me.

This is one of several numbers that calls me throughout the day. My cell rings about 50 times a day with a number that I don't recognize. Its really starting to tick me off.

A canned air horn works wonders. You know, the kind used at football games etc. Give it a short blast every time they call.

I picked up a new cell phone and went the prepaid route only paying on days I use it.

I get at least one call a day from a random number and when I search it is NCO.

I thought it might be a scam to make me use my cell on unwanted days.

They never leave a message to communicate why they are calling ?????

uhhhhh these people call me every weekend looking for people that i've never even heard of. i've asked them to remove my number everytime they call and i still get calls!

These guys are scammers. They seem to have compiled a master list of contact information for Capital One cardholders, both past and present, including those who may have experienced delinquency, collections or legal action in recent years. Don't volunteer or confirm any sensitive and/or personal information for these people. I have no idea what they are ultimately trying to do, but it's clear that they aren't legit.

I have a property hearing in November regarding an unpaid Capital One card I used briefly as a teenager. My case was transferred from collections to a local law practice long ago and I've since spoken with their paralegal in depth, so what possible reason would an alleged collection agency like "NCO Financial" have to STILL be aggressively contacting me? Thinly-veiled nonsense, for certain. Don't try to make payment arrangements with these con artists -- if you actually DO have a Capital One card that is delinquent or going into default, get in touch with Capital One customer service (ask which agency it was transferred to), watch your mailbox for legitimate mailings from a real-life collection agency with professional letterhead and a return address, etc.

If they are going to call from so many different numbers then hang up before you get a chance to answer then they should be polite enough to leave a message or at least let you know what it's about. They need to stop calling every day and no letting you know what it's about. If you could at least get a hint as to what they want maybe you could give them an answer.

just got a call from this number, they wanted Michael Cool or something like that, I said''this is the 3rd time you've called and each time I've told you I don't know that name, to please take my number off your list. they said it would take 5 to 10 days.  HAHA big joke

I tried to call back, but the phone number was busy.  I suspect they are looking for the person that had my current cell phone number.  I've received several calls from collection agencies looking for this person.

when i called back, they said they were calling about my capitol one card which i do not have. he forwarded me to an associate to remove my name. she again asked for my number and then asked for my name. i told her she called me so they should know. the day before, i received a call from NCO from a different area code 571-261-0072. within a minute of the first call that i made, i called the 571 number and got the same guy. he remembered me and said that i do not need to call all the numbers. both people that i talked with had foreign accents. Amazing that this guy is handling calls from the 434 and 571 area codes at the same time. do these scammers really think that americans are this dumb ??

I have received many calls from this and ADT security. Funny after not answering my ADT phone calls  a guy in a truck pulled up into my driveway and was going to get out until he saw me through the window and pealed out of here. I had lent my jeep out and no cars were in the driveway...Then four weeks later with my jeep in the repair shop I was working from home when three hoodlums pulled into my carport wearing hoodies in a white unmarked cargo van. No front license plate they had crowbars etc. Boy were they surprised to see me through my window. They jumped back into the van tossed and fumbled over their tools and burned rubber out of here. Rear lincense plat was smudged too.

Who knows perhaps unrelated to the calls? Perhaps they were just going to put a door hanger on my front door....NOT!  As for me down here in Texas, I'm not answering the phone and park my car around the corner...who knows perhaps with a boot in their face, next time they will admit a link to these hang up calls and burgerly ring? Not sure however I have lived here for 15 years and didn't have a problem until I got a new phone number when I disonnected my regualr home phone?

Perhaps we should all pick a week and start calling them back! If they got 50,000 inbound calls for a week, asking them to buy something, perhaps we can put a dent in this crap?.
