Called about 2AM.  When I called back, I only got a message saying that the number is not a working my number.

since it is not illegal to spoof caller id's on telephones these scammers have been doing this for many years

we need laws to make it a felony for anyone to spoof a caller id on a residential or office phone

just do an internet search on Ran David Barnea of Boca Raton Florida and you will see that these scammers have been getting away with this con for years since there aren't any laws to prevent telemarketers from spoofing caller id's on home telephones.

if enough people get their politicians to pass the needed laws these lowlifes won't be able to exploit this loophole anymore

certifiednotice.com does not come up on my internet.  they said they were a debt collection agency.

Recieved several calls from this number and when I call it back I only get a message saying the number is not a working number.

Called at 3pm...Embarq Privacy came up and they must have said something because it put the call through. They have called 3 times before, all in June. The Area code is for Virginia but the prefix is not found. Scammers!
