I get calls from this number and 435-251-8685.  The caller ID reads Dynamic Horizons.  A reverse search on both numbers turned up only that the communications company is Qwest Communications and the numbers are from St. George, UT.  It is common for businesses with many extensions to use a root number that the extensions are associated with such as 8680, 8681, 8682, etc.

I too have been recieving calls from this number and yes they hang up when I answer.  I put my kids to bed at 9:00 every night and these people call until almost 10:00 waking my kids up!  I have always thought that it was illegal for telemarketers and debt collectors to call after 9:00pm.  Is this true?

They hung up when I answered also and then when I tried to call the number back it rang busy everytime I called. I also registered my number on the do not call list.

Same thing. What a pain in the a**!!!!!  Also, I am on the do not call list.
