I got a call from 435 294 2396. I did not answer. I called it back and the recording said it was out of service.

Also got a call from this number. Telling me that I had been approved for a grant that was processed from Alabama. I told the guy, who I could barely understand his English, I have not applied for any loans or grants.  This is the second call I have gotten similar to this the first was from another number asking if I would like more information about the online classes I had inquired about. The only thing I can link these calls to is publishers clearing house.

i got a call from this number.  He mumbled his name and company name.  I told him i was on the do not call list.  He swore at me and hung up.  He has since called back 5 times in the past 30 minutes.  I am now looking for some sort of governmental complaint line to report him.

what was the process because a asked a bunch of questions today when he called and it sounded legit...idk

I got the call from US Financial Resources he told that his name is Lincoln Williams and told that i m now qualified for grant money and have to pay $3.87 to avail the money so i paid and realy i got the grants money in 25 days so this is real i just love them they had help me a lot..........

This is the real i got the call from same number and i asked to pay 3.87 and the i give them and i got my grants....

This phone number keeps calling ! >.< its annoying.

I received a call and I got to talk to a "superior" @ Lincoln US Fin'l Resources Assoc. he stated to pay $3.87 to pre-qualify for the Goverment set-up fee.  Kevin gave me info for government 'grant money', I also talked to the 'floor manager'.  I was given info about a 10-day reqular member. and after that the cost would be $59.95 for a 'regular membership the money is 'free public money and tax free ' and "will not "have to pay it back.  I also talked to several others. I am not a believer of this at all!

I received a call from 561-692-4357 I did not answer because I do not know anyone from FL, USA

I received a call from 361-482-8337 I did not answer because I do not know anyone from TX, USA

I received a call from 201-522-5423 I did not answer because I do not known anyone from Hackensack, NJ

i received call from this number three times, i donot know who they are.

I got the same call to but once he told me  the website was .com not .gov it's definitely a scam "government grants"

I too received a phone call saying i qualified for a free grant of $5,000-$15,000 but i needed to pay a fee of $3.87 to receive the money. The man called himself moises jones but he had a very thick accent which made it hard to understand him. On my phone the call came up as 000 but he said the to contact him was 435-294-2396 so i looked it up on the internet because i knew it was a scam.

I as well got a call from that number 435-294-2396 and was told the axact same thing I iwill get grant money from the government  all i have to to was to pay the 3.87 so he could set up my account   and after i pay i'll get a legal confirmation number and i'll have the money within days. said his name is mark, told me his company name, smooth talker but  seeming that he was the one that called me and caller id said unknown name, I would never give out bank infomation over the phone without knowing who it actually is. I am sure it was a scam. especially when he found out he couldn't get me to give it and i wanted to think about it he called me twisted . he transfered me to his supervisor, and said i could trust him ect ect and if he was trying to scam me he wouldn't be asking for a little payment of 3.87 it would be alot higher, then i said right you ask for a little amount just to get bank number then take all the money out, this is a scam and i hanged up

I too received a call from this number. Fortunately I have my voice mail shut off and I do not answer calls from a number that doesn't have a name.

I got a call from an unknown number as well.  When I answered he said his name is daniel and he told me about the grant.  I asked him for his number and he gave me "his direct number" 435-294-2396. I am thinking scam as well.  These places are jokes.

Just got a call from 435-294-2396 he needed 3.72 to set up the accounts for me.????

This person called me  Rick Marus called me and he said the same thing that I am granted for a grant of $15,000 - $50,000 and that I will never have to pay it back. He said that he is calling from Georgia tel# 435-294-2396 but all he needed from me is small amount of $ 3.00 to pay for the registration. He asked me to give him my Credit Card. He also said that their main office is located here in WA State and when I asked the address, he hanged up.  I checked the area code and the caller area code he gave is UTAH location.

Rick called and told me that I had been approved for a $15,000 grant and that all he needed from me was my bank account information to receive the $3.87 and I would have the money within 7-8 days.

A caller name Rick whom called me 4 times, I asked his phone #: 435-294-2396. Well, I checked in web the area code 435 is from Utah? Though he told me that he was calling me from East Cost? Then he to inform me that the state of Illinois has granted me at "FREE GRANT" for the amount of $15,000.00. To redeem the funds, I must pay him $3.87 process fee so he can provide me with full details of package.

I did not answer 4th call.

Absolutely a scam.  The $3.87 seems small and most people don't hesitate but you have to tell them your bank routing number and account number so that they can process the transfer.....so why not just give them $500 or $1000 instead?  When they have that information, they can take you to the cleaners.

Be careful. Another scam about government grants for a 3.87 processing fee. Sounds like a scam as this person could barely speak English and then his supervisor started laughing!!!

I filled out a low income form online and I got a call from 435-294-2396. He said his name was Rick Marus and that I needed $3.87 for the fee payment to recieve a grant between 5,000 to 50,000 dollars. The question is, is this a scam?
