I ALSO RECEIVED A PREVIOUS CALL ON MON 10-24-12 @ 9:30 AM 4 THE SAME ONLINE TRANSFER OF MY GOOD MONEY 2 THESE EAST INDIANS, WITH B***S*** AMERICAN NAMES & LOW MORALS, LIKE DAVID BAXTER,MARSHAL HUDSON, CRAIG MILLER, ALL THESE FAKE CRONIES GOT FROM ME WAS NOTHING! I SERIOUSLY HAVE REPORTED THESE CRACKPOTS 2 SEVERAL REAL BBB AGENCIES, SEVERAL POLICE DEPT. DETECTIVES, THE POST MASTER INSPECTOR 4 BOGUS CHECKS! TAKE A LOT OF NOTES & KEEP A RECORD 4 YOURSELF! This number called my phone and said I owed money for a payday loan. I have never received a payday loan in my life. He said his name was Kevin Cruz then an Adam Smith. They were from the credit investigation team. I also called the company they claimed was responsible for the "loan" and they did not have my name in their system. These "lawyers" have my name, email and last 5 of ssn! The director from the payday loan company; in which this man used their name to try a scam, is calling me back on what to do. This is definitely a scam and I'm going to get something done! Do not pay these people!

A David Baxter called me from this # and said he was with Creative Investigation Team. He called my work harrassing me about money for a payment, for a payday loan I supposedly took out but he couldn't tell me when. Somethings don't add up here. He want me to call him back with $200 in the next hour or I was going to have to go to court.
