Calls at least every other day.

I received a call from this number on February 8, 2011.  He identified himself as a customer service rep for magazines I already receive.  The magazines are from Hearst Publication.  I don't remember if he identified the company specifically at the beginning of the call, but I'm positive it was a scam (read my other post).

Thoroughly aggravated is how I feel about this number. I made the mistake of answering and the caller identified himself as a customer service rep for magazines I already receive.  I don't remember if he mentioned any company specifically, but the magazines are from Hearst Publication.  My wife had already dealt with them before (I didn't know it at the time), but opted to cancel the auto-renewal option.  He then transferred me to someone else who wanted personal information to cancel.  He insisted he needed a credit card number, and of course I balked.  He couldn't give me a valid reason for needing it, so instead said my date of birth would be sufficient.  I gave him a fictitious date, and as soon as I did, he hung up.  Let this be a warning to the everyone.  Don't ever give out personal information, even if they seem to know every relevant detail.  There are boatloads of complaints about Hearst and their business practices regarding magazine subscriptions.  My suggestions?  Don't use a 3rd party subscription service, unless you have 100% trust in it.  Have it delivered to a P.O. Box, using an alternate name if possible (don't know the legality of this, ask someone at the p.o.).  You might even consider not ordering Hearst magazines at all.  Good Luck.

I been getting calls from stupid 4355440044 number and i never answer it till just few minutes ago i gotta call from same number so i got on the phone with them and came to know that they been trying to sell me magazines and mail it to my address so i kindly request them to take me off from their list and stop calling me and they carry my information not just my phone number.i'll make it short that they are trained to not listen to people.idot10.
