They used this number in a rental home website.   i call to get iformation and it says "you call the finger number"   this people need to be put in check     really  they are abusing and misdirecting people that are seroius looking for in this case a house for rent.   There is s lot of  low life people either  doing scams or doing this stupid things.
I hope they get punish for it.  I can believe what this country is turning in to   it was a great and beautiful nation but now  corrupted people is turning it in to a thirdworld country   sad but true

This is a robo call! At least you can hit 2 then 9 to get of their do not call list.

I just received a call ignored it and looked it up.  Glad I did!

Called this morning at 10:15 while we were out; left no msg.  Caller i.d. says "Park City UT"

Their "call back" number was 888-712-4686.  I didn't call it though.  Feared it would count as a "doing business" with them, and they could then continue to spam me.

Recorded message from "Dave" from ALS to help me with my "tax problems".  The only problems I have is with "him" calling!  Filed complaint with National Do Not Call List, as we are on it, and they clearly violated the terms...

I never answer callers that I do not know but I would like them to stop calling me. I called the 877 number posted above but all I go was mail box is full.

If they are offering help to solve tax debt problems they are calling the wrong people here.  We don't have tax debt problems, never have, never will.  We play by the book here!

Just when you thought you had heard it all!  I don't answer out of area, out of state, 800 calls any more.  I am sick of hearing the phony sales pitches and them griping when I tell them "no".  I don't even ask or tell them to remove my contact info from their calling list.  Even though I have had my phones from business to residence to cell on the "do not call" since conception of that bogus program.  I wore my fingers to the nubs filing complaint after complaint with the do not call registry.gov and many of them were repeat complaints from the same telemarketing groups.  NOTHING ever is done.  Your complaint goes to a database for law enforcement data gathering if they want to gather.  Nothing is going to come of anyone filing a complaint with them.  The FCC/FTC does absolutely nothing either.  Fill out the form online, submit it and receive a letter in the mail a week later that states they can't process your complaint for one reason or another or it is informing you that they forwarded your complaint to the do not call registry.  What a crock.  Anything for the Feds to make you think they are helping you and all they are doing is making sure they don't do any work but they sure take your tax dollars and put them in their pockets.So telemarketers can keep on dialing my number and as long as I have a caller ID I don't answer unknown callers.  It is their time not mine.  I keep on working.

Same here, multiple calls from these guys. If you call them back goes straight to a "full mail box".

I got a call this morning at 11:15am from 435-565-4754.   Left no message.  Not sure why I get these calls as I am on the do NOT call list.   What list I can see is doing alot of good--NOT!!

They used to be Taxpayers Negotiation Group in California. Now they are ATS. Same guy, same sales pitch. In 2006 they scammed me for 4 grand. I told the guy to put in out and in between. I think he got the message.

They are NOT tax preparers. They will take your money and "refer" to an IRS Enrolled Agent. The old scam was that they did not pay the Enrolled Agent.

I am on the do Not Call list but it doesn't d anygood-I got a call from this number and I called back to see who it was and was told it was no longer in service-How do peole make calls from a phone thats no longer in service?

This is the first time they have called me from the 435 area code.
They usually call from the 801 area code.
All of our numbers are on the Do Not Call List.

These rats just called me after putting my number on the DNC list.  What a joke the DNC is.  I have heard of telemarketers using the DNC to make calls.  You see there is a loop hole.  You have to tell them to stop calling you to enforce the DNC.  How to you tell Robo Telemarketer located in the Bermuda to stop calling?
