I got a call from this number.  Some heavily accented woman who couldn't pronounce my name told me I'd registered for a government grant online.  She's called twice from this number in the span of the last three hours, and twice from 321-256-9420.  I've picked up twice to tell her there's been a misunderstanding.

They have called several times on the 22nd. from Castle Dale, Ut. They cause the message light to come on but don't leave a message. I reported them to 1-888-382-1222.

I to are getting calls twice a day from this telephone #.  What can we do to stop these calls from coming to my cell #?

this number 435-739-0438 calls my cell phone 8 times a day,leaves no message and when I called the number back it says the verizon wireless customer cannot be reached,,I  was able to text them to stop calling my number and within ! hour they called me again..This time I texed the number and said Stop calling my phone or I will report you..So here I am...........

Finally talked with this person today!!!! First, to investigate I called Verizon as it is a Verizon Cell phone number. It is an actual person who owns the phone number. It is not a company. That was confirmed from Verizon. Also, I answered the phone after receiving a million calls and someone actually responded. I had signed up for Google money the other day thinking that I would want to look into the online business, but it looked like a scam so I backed out. Well, they've got their people calling and that is who it was. He did sound foreign as someone else posted. He must do some work for Google Money because he was calling to see if I wanted more info. Really annoying and a terrible way for him to do business!!!!!!! Hopefully this helps answer people's questions.

Was finally able to answer, it was a lady that I could hardly understand and could not pronounce my name...She stated that there was a lawsuit against me, for cashnet for a payday loan that was never paid back and that if I wanted to settle I owed $850.00 that had to be apid that day or at 3:00 it would be sent to my local authorities and I would be arrested...I also received this same call 3 months ago from a different number same person so I knew that it was a scam so when I called her out on it, she hung up on me! Then about 5 hours later a call from the same number came in, and this time it was a man, he asked for me and I said that they had the wrong number, have not received a call again yet! Beware it is a scam, when it happened 3 months ago after I hung up with them I called this place they said was after me and they told me it was a scam!

Receiving a ton of phone calls on my Vonage line from this number, as of yesterday. Starts early in the morning, goes into the evening. Voice mails notification appears, but no message is actually left. Called # back, and it was busy. Called second time and it went to the Verizon's standard message that the # has been changed, disconnected or is no longer in service.

Received 3 calls from this number today but missed all of them and they didn't leave a message.

Have had several calls from this number, when I answer it there is no one there. When I call back it says this is a verizon # and the number has been changed or disconnected. These calls are coming in several times a day, for a week straight now.

called many times left no message, finally was able to answer it and it was a foreigner and they could not even pronounce my name, said they had the wrong number hopefully the calls stop!

I get tired of this call interrupting my meetings and general working atmosphere. MAKE IT STOP!!!!

this number appears in my phone 1 435 749 0438 very early in the morning...no voice,no message... computer identify the number with a map of the place Castle Dale,Emery County, UTAH. I dont know why they called...I beg you please stop disturbing people...

OMG!!!! yesterday i got 8 phone calls from that number. called every ten mins but i never answered. so annoying

Get 3-4 calls from this number per day.  Just comes up Utah on the caller ID. I know its a telemarketer or a scam so I don't even answer.  No message is ever left which just reaffirms my theory.  I hate getting calls from somebody I don't know.  It's disrupting and they need to stop!!!!

This number has just now started calling my phone and I can't get them to stop calling. I've answered several times and have said "hello" multiple times and no one is there. It's getting really annoying and I've tried texting them to stop calling me but the calls keep coming. I really hope this number gets shut off because I am getting sick and tired of thinking someone important is calling since I normally text.

Have gotten repeated calls and they never leave a message. I just answered the phone and a lady came on the line with a significant accent.  She asked for my adult son who is in college. I said in was at school and requested a message.  She said something about finances and hung up.

these people are blowing up my cell phone! they hang up when I answer - when I call back their mailbox is full and cannot receive calls. Says the calls are coming from Castle Dale, Utah - ever since I signed up for free coupons on Google this has been happening.

I've been getting these calls for a week now.  I have called my service provider, and they have told me I can pay to have it blocked.  Unless I feel it is a threat then they will block it.  So today, I called verizon.  The guy I talked to confirmed it is an active acount but couldn't give me any information.  He said the only way to do that is to file a police report.  So I called the non-emergency # and had a report filed.  I will call verizon back in the morning with all that information and we'll see what happens.  Hopefully the calls will stop.  Like most of you, I get a call, atleast once an hour, and I've gotten the 2 messages stating the number is no longer in service and the message that the mailbox is full.

I had a call around 12:30 pm I missed it there was another call at 1 pm. could not connect.

435-749-0438 they keep blowing up my phone! I don't answer numbers I don't know and they never leave a message they just keep calling. Found some good info on this site(like its a scam)so thanks to everyone I texted the number to stop calling me hope it works! If not I'm reporting it.

repeated calls from 435-749-0438.  never leaves a message. when i did answer i was threaten by a man with a foreign accent saying i owed 950.00 to their company.  will not tell me name of the company or what this 950.00 is for.  i told him contact the district attorney office if he felt they have a legit claim. which they do not!!!!

i want the 30 calls a day and night to stop.

This 435 749-0438 has started calling me since yesterday several times in a row. When I did answer there is no response. I tried calling the number back since I know people in several states I thought it might be someone I know, but only heard a verizon message saying the number was disconnected and so on. And as I'm typing this they just called again- that's the third time today and it's only 12:30 pm. This is ridiculous!!! How can I block this number or stop these calls???! I see people have mentioned that it is a foreign person and something about google money, which I have had nothing to do with. I have received over 20 plus calls over the last 2 days from this I have never talked with anyone, but they call me all day and all evening.  I've tried calling the number back and I get a message from Verizon stating the number has been changed or disconnected, when they just called me moments prior.  I've text the number as well asking them to stop calling me, but still they persist.  Will they ever stop...........

I was called 3 times this morning, and looked up the number a few minutes ago.  As I was reading the comments posted here on this page, the phone rang and it was this number again.  I asked who was calling and the man, with an accent, said his name was Jack McAllister and said something about government grants and credit security something or another.  Whatever...

I keep getting calls from (435) 749-0438 for the past week or so, several times a day. If I pick up, nobody answers. If I don't pick up, no message is left. Not sure what the point of this call is then, but like everyone else here says, it's annoying. I have never signed up for any Google stuff, so I don't know where they got my number from....
Added the number to my "block" list on my phone service, hopefully this will work, it worked with other similar scam calls in the past...
Is there a website or number where they can be reported?
