Keeps on calling my track phone very annoying beccause I think it is a family emernency from home

435 is Utah area code. My cell phone is on no call list. I don't pick up call from number i don't recognize or area code where I know NO ONE.

I got the same phone call on my cell today; no voice mail left. If I don't recognize a number or the area code where it's coming from, I don't answer it.

I received a call from this number on April 20, 2013 at 10:52AM on my cell phone. I made the mistake of answering it and it was another of those Cardholder Services calls. They just won't leave me alone!

Been receiving calls from this number and from an Orlando, FL number 407-722-3560.  Never answer numbers I do not know.

They called my mobile, no voicemail. losers. obviously they are using the DNC list.

Just like you I looked up the area code. Don't know anyone in Utah. Interesting.

Said "urgent that you lower your interest rate with us". Hang up immediately. It is an automated message.

Just received a call from this number a few minutes ago. I don't answer if I don't recognize the number. See from one of the other posta that it's a "lower your credit card payment" type call.  I'm on the "Do Not Call" list and don't have a credit card so obviously  they are  not in compliance with the DNC restrictions.

This is a scam -- they tell you they will "lower your credit card interest rate".  But, of course, they need your credit care, expiration date, etc.  They are simply trying to collect credit care numbers for THEIR use.  They call constantly, from various numbers in various area codes.  The best thing you can do is not answer, or if you do answer, hang up immediately.  If you have a cell phone, you can block the numbers.  It doesn't completely stop the calls because they change numbers all the time, but it cuts down on the number of calls.  This has been going on for years, and is illegal, but hard to trace as they move their base of operations constantly.  NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARE INFORMATION TO ANYONE!!!

Literally just got the phone call from this number, I didn't answer, instead googled the number. Now I'm glad I didn't answer!

Says the number is from OH on my phone, no message left. I am assuming this is a scam number.

Received call from this number and no one is there.  Tried to call back and it says it isn't a working number ...

Got a call from this number and answered. Automated message talking about lower interest rates on my credit card and to press one to speak to a "representative" I pressed one and got connected.

Agent: Hello, how are you this afternoon?

Me: I'll be great if you put my number on your do not call list.

Agent: Can you tell me what credit cards you have?

Me: Can you put me on your do not call list?

Agent: What are your cards expiration dates?

Me: PUT MY NUMBER ON YOUR DO NOT CALL LIST. NEVER CALL ME AGAIN.

*hang up*

2 calls within minutes.  No message left.

Received a call from this number, showing as a location in Utah (Cedar City, St. George).  Missed the call and no vice mail was left.  Tried calling the number back, and got the message that the call could not be completed as dialed.  Most likely a spam caller.

I've had several calls from this number. They never leave a message and I don't pick up numbers I don't recognize.

Also just received 2 missed calls. Voicemail left was 2 seconds and just has static. Appears to be a spam call...

Called me on april 17th too, thats what seems to be in common here...

Just got a call yesterday from this number with a blank message. As opposed to Pollyannas theory Above, I don't know a single name on this list so far.

Spam as far as I can tell.

Credit Services scam offering to lower your credit card debt. They left me a message.

Well they actually did the courtesy of leaving me a message just now. It's the old "lower your credit card interest" scam.

Added to my rejected caller contact I have set up. From now on will automatically be blocked.

I think you all know who it is, as this is a person who knows all of you, you just haven't realized it yet.  I'm looking at your names, and I think I've 'met' you all, myself.  

I got a call from this number hours ago myself, and missed the call.  Upon returning the call, got a 'number disconnected' message, but I think it was a playback of that message set as the voicemail message.  I think we all have a common thread, especially when I look at your names.  Fairly certain I can now confirm who this is, and I can say, I'm not surprised.  She's sick.
