When it's a "robo-dial" type thing - it comes off a computer - which somehow circumvents the "dNC Registry" --- at least that's what Charter told us...

Just add them to your blocked call list on your phone and be done with it. I also am very tired of calls with no messages and you can not call back. Blocked works awesome.

Hung up , don't even have credit card.

Received an auto dial for this number on my cell phone. Claimed it was from my credit card company with a lower interest rate. Didn't what card company they were calling from. Stayed on hold till a lady answered and asked if I was responding to the lower rate. I said I was responding to an auto dial and she hung up. Tried calling the number back and all I got was a dead end.

Same here Molly,  my "Bad Call"s get sent straight to voice mail and never bother me with a ring.  Each contact holds over 20 numbers......  Real HUMANS leave a message for a call back.

Why does these calls continue when you are on the do not call list.

Called my cell phone. Didn't answer. Seems to go in cycles. Got a scam phone call on home phone today as well. Block these numbers, but they just spoof another number.

Thank you for the great information on  how to turn in a number.  I'm going to do it right now since I have all the above messages....or no message!!  Sick of them!!!  I'm on the do not call list also.

Good old Rachael from card member services is back with her credit card scam.  As usual, I pressed 1 so I could tell Michael his mothers occupation with a few words of opinion which can not be repeated in public.

get calls from different numbers including this one where there is no one on the line and it hangs up.  tried to call this back and recording says not a valid number.

Called - left 4 second message with no audio.

The card service scammers are not a rude "business", but drug addicts, out to get our credit card numbers to support their disgusting addictions.

got this on my cell I dont have a smartphone so I added it to my contacts as block so I know not to answer it again, was a call for credit rate reduction scam, you know its an obvious scam when none of my creditors have my cell numbers only my home number

Same thing as many on here, I received a call on my cell phone, did not answer, figured they would leave a message if important. Glad I did not answer

This is cardholder Services.  Offering a lower interest rate on credit cards.  I pushed 1 and politely asked to be taken off their calling list after it rang for a solid minute and the lady hung up on me.  I am sick of the rude businesses.  I wish there was something we could do.

Didn't answer, but this is getting crazy. I'm on the DNC list and am only allowed to block up to five numbers at a time with my provider. No sooner than I fill the list, a new string of robo dialers start.. When are we as consumers going to get the help we ask for??

Just received a call from this number. I didn't answer it. They left no voicemail. When I called it back a message said this is not an assigned number.

Same thing, got a call no one there shows as a Utah number. I one answered and no one there it hung up after about 45 seconds retards. Can I have the 45 seconds of my life back?

I have a contact on my cell phone list named JUNK...this is where this number will filed. Right now I have about 30 numbers under JUNK.

As I explained before, the callers are the drug-addicted "'card services" scammers, who call us, pretending to be associated with our credit card companies, in an attempt to fool us into giving them our credit card numbers, so they can rip us off. People that have given these junkies their card number have suffered severe financial losses. Beware of these lowlifes, and warn other, before they are cheated!

How do they get my cell# anyhow? They rang but I didn't answer the 880# so they rang 2 in a row.

Also, file one with http://www.ftc.gov .

How do you go about submitting numbers on your file for a fine?  I'm sick and tired of these calls on my cell and house phone which are both registered on the DO NOT CALL list.
