Got a call from this number 011 being the prefix first. Male said hello but the call sounded like it was breaking up and he was kinda mumbling so i hung up. Second time he called back without the prefix and he was saying yo hey whats up as though we were mates. I said who is this he would not answer. Told him to not waste my time and hung up.
