harassing phone calls,calling my employer

Keep receiving harassing phone calls from Action Financial Services (Kay Raymond) who demanded that a payment be made for a student loan in less than 10 days.  I am a homeless vet with no income until the following month to pay but she refused to accept anything but a payment in less than 10 days from our phone conversation.  Kay Raymond also demanded me to go ask a family member or friend for the money.  AFS is also calling my employer and reporting information about me to my employer (just started work this week - still on probation) on my student loan.  I received a phone  call from my employer about it.  I'll be fired now.  So I'm back to no income again because of AFS when all was needed was for them to wait until I received my first pay which at the time I didn't know when it was because AFS was also speaking to my employer which in turn was preventing me from starting work.  AFS was delaying the process of my start date.  Now I'm receiving harassing phone calls from AFS (Patty Williams) at my place of employment. Speaking to HR.  AFS is going to have me fired.  They are rude, uncooperative, refuse to send any information to you whether fax or mail.  Payments have been made in the past but are not showing being credited to my student loan.  Nobody wants to face up to what happened to those payments.

BILL COLLECTORS, CALLED ME AT WORK, TOLD THEM NEVER TO CALL AT WORK, NOR MY HOME OR MY CELL, PUT IN WRITTING AND MAIL TO ME

The caller's name was Chloe Lane who is a fictional character in a Soap Opera.  They said that I had a federal student loan debt that was overdue.  Clearly fraudulent since I never had a student loan.  They gave me addresses that I have never lived in and names of people that I never knew.  They also had the wrong year of my birth which I stupidly corrected them on.  Then they wanted my address and social security number and birthdate which I declined.  These companies should be investigated.  I actually called the 800 number for Action Financial Services who didn't recognize the original 1-866-803-0621 number that I was contacted on.  Seems very fraudulent.

What incredible audacious violation of privacy that a company has the arrogance to call!!

i have asked kay raymond kim harbeck  and 2 others 2 stop calling me they act so rude and stupid  how do they think  they can  just be so rude  and harrass many people they never verified simple info they would have got me @ this # and i would have told them im not the thief that stold aproduct from them hahahahahah

STOP CALLING!!!

Just got a call from them for an employee who hasn't worked here in about 5 years.  She said oh really do you think it's been 5 years?  Yes, I do - no I don't know where he went (he got fired) and no I can't give you any home information.  Once I said he's no longer here, end of story.  Kind of a pain in the butt!

Just got a call from them too.  I don't answer numbers I don't recognize.
