Looking for owner info.

I just got a text from this number.  Very creepy.  Made a complaint at the FCC site posted above.

Go to  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm  to file a complaint so they can fine or shut down these people.

i also received this text (it is not limited to US Cellular customers)....definitely not replying

"Thank you for visiting our website.  Please call () to claim your $140 gift card  Code: GC100

Whoever this is, I'm not replying.

(I wonder if this is limited to US Cellular customers or if it is independent of cell-phone provider.)

I have been getting these too....Same as above posts...What is happening? Since they can't randomly call since most everybody is on the national no call list, now they are TEXTING. Boosting our number of texts so we get charged more by our phone services!!!   Bad news for all of us!

Do NOT reply to these text messages or call them. It's their way of phishing for information. When you text back or call them, it's giving them confirmation that the phone number is valid. They will then sell your information.

I got this text too. Said: Thanks for visiting our site. Then gave a phone number to call to claim a $140 retail gift card.

ya i just barely got a text from that number..it said they would give me a $140 gift card...??

Got a random text from phone number inquiring about a cash advance loan. It claimed that I recently looked online.
