Are you kidding me? They called twice in two minutes at 8:04 on Christmas Eve MORNING! First the caller ID said unknown, so I rejected the call. They called a second time.with this number and I rejected it. The third time. Ten minutes later, I answered but didn't say anything. After a minute or so the call ended. I just added them to my reject list. Now I'm going back to sleep!

Computerized call saying they were calling about my electric bill with a specific electric company.  I don't even live in that electric company's city or area so where did the get my phone number.  I wonder if the DNCR ever monitors this website.  Unlikely since these kinds of calls are escalating.

I became so frustrated I thought I would listen to their entire pitch. When asked for my customer number I gave it to them to get my discount rate. After discussing with "Christie" I told her I was not interested and i AM NOT SIGNING UP TO BE A MEMBER. I told her this twice and asked she remove my number from the list. She said she would. I then called First Energy my present supplier to inquire about this company. The customer service rep told me they were not on their list but were active in New Jersey. She was surprised they were in Ohio. The rep told me once they have my customer number they will change my supplier. I asked the rep what my next move should be. The rep said call FE in about a week and direct them to remove Discount Center from my account. I was foolish to go as far as I did with them. What a world we live in!

Keep calling 2 and 3 times a day.  When I answer, there's no one on line.  I've called back and opted out and nothing works.

I just filed a complaint on the Do Not Call Registry.  I spoke with something this evening, they confirmed my phone number and said they would take off.  3rd time I have asked.  I then wanted to speak with a supervisor and they hung up on me.  They have called 2-5 times per day for the past 10 days. Caller ID says "Discount Store" selling some discount on your electricity billing. So ridiculious!

They call three to five times a day and their alter ego IGS Energy does too. Looks like the big push is on to sell overpriced energy plans before winter. I get lots of rubbish mail from these folks too.

Same here - just filed a complaint with the do not call registry

Called 7 times in 6 days. Called back and pushed 1 to be removed from list several times. Stayed on hold for over 10 minutes to talk to live person and be removed from list. Finally filed a complaint with Do Not Call Registry this morning. Let's see what happens.

They keep calling. Even if you answer, you can't talk to anybody to get them to stop calling. The option to opt out of there calling list does not work. I think it merely confirms to the robo-dialing computer that it reached a number where somebody picks up. They keep calling and eating up by mobile minutes. Scum bags!!!

I've been getting calls for this number for a long and and I wouldn't answer.  I finially did.  Everytime I pick up there is no one there.  9/17/12 Two days ago I called the number back and they say that recently one of our representatives have tried to contact you, and we are sorry to bother you, if you would like us to remove you from our calling list please press1 and leave your number.

Guess what?  They still have been calling me 2-3 times a day.  Then today 9/19/12 I gave my number again for them to not call me anymore.  Guess what?  They have called me back 2 more times since then and that was about 3 hours ago.  Who are these????

Have been receiving calls from this number  for 3 days, 2-3x a day. Have answered a couple times and no one responds. Caller ID says Discount Store. I am letting the machine pick up from now on.

Hung up when I answered. This was 2nd call today.

They asked if my energy bill was handy to review my pricing

Recorded message asked me to punch in a number to connect to a person to find out which kind of "discount" we were entitled to on our electricity. Didn't do it. Wouldn't be prudent.

When I picked up the call, no one responded. Then they hung up.
