This number calls several times a week.  I am on the Do not call registry and I want this harassment to stop.  I have filed several complaints with the Federal Trade Commission, but am not aware of anything being done about it.  

I'm home alone and this number called me asking for the parent or guardian of myself. What is this about?

Who do u report the number to? This is the second time this number called. I dont answer calls with numbers i dont recognize. I feel if its important to leave message and i will call back.

hmmm... ya, got a call from them too.. though I dont know what they want. I am very concerned.

Local is correct:   The caller is a patient satisfaction survey vendor for hospitals and health care organizations.  They contact random samples of patients based on data sent by the caregiver.  Health care organizations are legally required to survey patients' perceptions of their care.  They will call up to five times to survey the patient, but you can't contact them (again, federal rules).  

If you don't want the vendor to call you, please notify the health care provider and they will help you.

How do I get this number to stop calling my cell phone.

This phone call is from Mercer Health in Ohio. They take surveys on Emergency Room or Hospital visits to see how patients' visits go. I think it's a helpful thing.

Got a call from this number, I didn't anser, I tried returning the call several times but it said I non-working number. It couldnt have been for any winter haven hospital, the number is an ohio number, and i have a virginia cell phone number.

Someone called from this number and left a message to do a survey on 6/22/12, and the number was on the caller ID again 6/24/12. It seems to be associated with Winter Haven FL Hospital, not sure what needs to be surveyed since I have not set foot into the hospital yet, but I have an appointment.

This number will call ALL day until you complete a survey about a recent hospital visit.  In my case it was North Mass Medical Center

Received call approximately 8:15 p.m. 2/07/12, did not answer as I did not recognize the number. They left message on voice mail saying they were calling on behalf of my local medical / clinic hospital that I recently visited and wanted me to do a survey.

We have been receiving calls from this number purporting to be from where someone we know works and that they are asking this person to complete a survey. No endorsement here, just wondering if it is real.

I'm from Boston, MA and received a call from this number on my cell phone but when I try to call it back it says it's not a working number!

Received a phone call from 440-627-0163. My answering machine came up, but no one left a message. On the other hand, I called this number back three times, and each time it said, "The number you have dialed is not in service." It is something very fishy about about this number. This area-code it from Ohio, but I am uncertain as to what company or even if it is a company.

everyday recieve 2 calls from 440-627-0163 oh i want to choke someone it comes in same time about 1:06 p.m. daily you cant call back wish it would sop.

When I get home from work EVERY day this number is on my caller id.  When I call it back it is always busy.

After 2 or 3 calls I did answer and the woman said she was affiliated with Winter Haven Hospital and asked if I was pleased with Dr. Vega on my 1/25/11 visit.   First of all I didn't see Dr. Vega and when I asked what the call was about her answer was she wasn't sure what Dr. Vega's specialty was.   I looked it up and he is a Family Physician in Winter Haven.   I didn't see him and don't even know him.

This was a very strange call and what made it even worse she called on my cell phone.

I also think this was some kind of scam.   I have a large concern.

A woman called me twice from this number, after butchering my last name, I asked what she was calling regarding, as I knew she did not know me. She then said rudely, "Sorry to bother you" and hung up. I, too, tried calling this number back, and it was "busy."

I received call from this number lady on the line i asked her to hold one moment, as i was busy. She immediatly hung up, I tried to call the number back several times, but the number is always busy. Beware of this phone number. This must be some sort of scam.
