Some dooochebag named Jim, rude, crude pos of a man. So pathetic he wouldn't give out the name of his company that way I cant file a cease an desist order. I work for the 911 database and found their physical location ;)
Filed with Texas Attorney General. If they bother you this is the info you need to have the cease & desist order filed. after 30 days they are fined. don't waste time filing with the fcc or do not call list.

What other companies are using Ace Recovery for their collection services? I am calling each one that I can find out over and over again to let them know how their out sourced hired workers are treating their clients. The methods that they try to use are uncalled for and unprofessional to say the least. They should not be in operation. This company should be shut down for improper practice.

who wants a job that the companies main goal is to be as rude as they can to people! Maybe if someone started calling their homes at 7 in the morning and called all day long on a bill that doesn't exist they would change careers! I wouldn't pay these people a dime even if i did owe it to them, and they are lucky I'm not standing outside of their office everyday screaming and picketing.

they call all different times even before and after business hours ... what do they do? call from home ... the economy is so bad ... if we had the money, we would pay the hospital bills ... who wants all these f...... people calling all the time. at least they have a job, huh!

This place is calling on a bill that was paid years ago and they call at 7:30 in the morning and couldn't be anymore rude then they are. I spoke with wendy, and i think that people like this should be able to be sued for continuing to charge people for bills that are already taken care of and for calling people way before business hours. They should also have to have proof that you owe, not call on a bunch of already paid bills so people get frustrated and they have no choice but to pay twice. Makes me sick and also want to call these people at 4am and see if they like it.
