Have been recieving calls from these people for the past two weeks twice a day. We have been nice and asked them to quit calling we have been just down right mean and the next night they call back again. She says she is with IMG it ranges from 441-202-3800 to

getting loads of calls from this # and others in similar sequence.  Told this person firmly that they were to take this number off their list or I would report them to the FCC.  This is the 2nd time, I'm not much up for thirds!

The person called my cell phone and went right into explaining that my name and number were selected to win a scratch off ticket and that I was guaranteed, at a minimum, a bunch of stuff.
She wanted to verify my data, but before giving her any information I asked how she rec'd my number and she said "publicly available data." I went on to explain that I did not want to be entered into any contest and she got defensive and said that I was already entered and won. I again asked how she got my number (because I don't enter sweepstakes, contests, etc...ESPECIALLY with my cell phone number!!!!) and she again responded that it was through publicly available information. She also said something to the effect of the company was new and wanted to introduce its services.
I asked for a call back number because I am at work, she said she'd call me back. I didn't catch the name of the company.
