Just had a call from them, came up as California. Kind of funny cause my ringtone is "California Love". Didn't answer it, plus I noticed they had 69 on the end for some reasom.

Just to add to my post above. On my cell phone bill it showed the origin of the call as North Olmsted, Ohio.

Rec'd call from this number on my cell phone 5/10. Since I am on the Do Not Call list I filed a report with the FCC. I encourage anyone else in this situation to do the same.  www.fcc.gov/cgb/complaints.html

I got a call from this numer on my home phone, we weren't home so the answering machine picked it up, they did not leave a message but I'm sure it was probably the same thing as the rest of these.  When I get numbers like these on my caller ID I do not answer them.

I received this call on my cell phone and they did not leave a message. They have also called my home number and never left a message. Has anyone ever talked to them?  Who are they?

Maybe it's just a coinsidence, but they called me on my cellphone on May 14th, and now they just called me today on my direct number at my office.  This time I answered and a recording with a female voice said it was regarding my car's warranty which was about to expire and to press either #1 or #2.  I hung up instead.  What is with these people?!  I'd love to tell them to give it up already!!  No one is falling for your scam!!  Get a REAL job you loser!!

I do not answer these calls. I check Google before answering calls on cell I don't know. They also use 011 954-424-9037. I have received calls from both of these numbers which are identified with a scam on the internet.

Try calling "National Dealers Warranty" directly (800)436-3185. Tell them that they need to notify their call centers (Stargate International and Voice Solutions) to stop calling you. I just did that and was very satisfied with the conversation. The Rep. was very polite and courtious. He apologized for the harrassing calls and said he would make sure it stopped, and that he was going to call me back in about a week to make sure.

I just received this same number as above. seems someone is has a bit WAY too much time on their hands. alredy warned my husband. i suggest telling everyone you know about this scam.

Recieved a call from this number on my work phone which is a government phone. Didn't answer

I received a call from this number on my personal cellphone (number is also on National Do Not Call list). I've learned to always Google strange numbers--glad I did!

1-442-074-1210 ...there was no 69 at the end of this number on my ID on my cell phone but it was just dead air when I picked up, I said hello 3 times.  A lot of people are saying its someone calling about car warranties...

Received this number on my cell today.  I didn't respond as I thought the number was from the UK.  I'm familiar with these numbers as I frequently place calls to the UK at work for meetings, etc.  When calling the UK from the US I recognize that you would dial 011 44 then the remaining numbers and this number was very similar.

Just got a call from this number.  I just bought a car yesterday (ironic?) so I took the call and when the 'representative' answered and I told him I had no idea why my time was being wasted with this call and he hung up on me.  Loser!

Got a call from 442074121069 at 10:17 am (eastern time) on Friday, May 16.  I did not answer.  No message was left.

What is weird is that I had someone from Great Britian a week before this call today try to put a charge on my credit card, I was notified by my credit card fraud dept. I also had my ebay identity stolen the same week so it really makes me wonder.

44 is the country code for the United Kingdom.  207 is the area code for Central London.

Just got it this second. Googled for it, and got this.

i was ignoring all my phone calls this morning and i got the # on my cell phone  (which is also on the do not call registry).   saw the funky numbers  and wondered if i picked up would my cell phone be charged for a foriegn phone call?    I have gotten these calls on my home phone to so i just hang up and they still call all the time.  that numbers is also on the do not call list.

same thing here just now called my cell @ 2:32 pm number +442074121069?. i sisnt answer because im never seen a a phone # with that many digits.

Called my cell but left no voice mail. Number seemed strange so that is why I googled it.

Just got this on my cell.  Did a google search on the number and this site popped up.  I didn't recognize the number, but it's obviously forged since the number is too long.  It could be a United Kingdom phone number, but that should show up as "out of area".

Just got the call, a recording about my car warranty expiring and how they had already tried to contact me twice on the matter...in a rude tone.

I hung up.

Just got a call from this number a few minutes ago. Did not answer.
Checked the web for the number and found this web site. Notified everyone on my email contact list just in case. Thank goodness for caller ID. Just a note, we might be aware enough to avoid whatever they are trying to do, but my mom is older and has a brand new car so I made sure to tell her about it. Someone of her generation could be taken by the scam. Just a thought in case you know someone who might be in the same situation.
