This company calls itself many names (usually the first bad sign). We placed business with them as Merchant Made Easy. We cancelled our agreement after 6 days, as the product delivered wasn't what was promised. No problems, right?
They refunded the deposit, and we thought it was all cancelled. They then proceeded to hit our account on ACH for small undetected amounts over the next year (we assumed they were with our current Merchant Acct). Once determined that they were charging us on a closed account, we called and they said "The Rep (Jay Gutterman) never put in the cancellation"...funny...They never ran a card for us, did receive their equipment back (same week), yet still charged us for unused services $553! Highly recommend that you avoid this company.

Got a called again today. I talked to the guy and told him I'll file a complaint, and he said "I darer you guys to do that, I don't think you have a gut!"
