Although I have not answered a call from an unknown number a charge from this scammer came up on my account just today.  Called the number reported and got the foreign accent on a voice mail.  Reported it to the bank.  How they got my card number I will never know.

I had the same thing to happen don't have any information yet!!  # doesn't work. I talk to my bank they're looking into it.

I had a charge in the Upstate SC area from these a-holes.

who the f*** are these people, they have went into my card and charged money, that I did not approve. That 813-418-6052 is some foreign person; that tells you to go to website safe4kids.org or us, and when you go into it the site is not available. What can we do?

I have just had 2-10 charged to my UK credit card which I have only used to pay Travellers Insurance in the last few months.Had to block this card and of course got credit but that is not the point since a crook had my number.use it to buy supplements earlier in year does that ring a bell for anyone??

Jen, I had a charge at Wendy's just prior to this also.  You wouldn't by chance be in the Triangle area of NC would you?

Obviously, this phone number is being used by a scam artist. I also got a $4.99 charge on my account and did not authorize it or have any idea who the company was. Fools. Previous legit purchase with that acct was at a local Wendy's the night before. Do people really think, in this economy and how tight money is, that we're not gonna notice money missing from our accts???

I too was swindled by this number.. an unauthorized charge to my account. My bank is reporting it to the proper channels!!

I got the unauthorized $4.99 charge on my account too from this safe4kidus with this number. Didn't see it till a week after it posted. Called up my credit union and they said they'll take care of the charge and get me a new card.

What a pain! Hope these fools get caught!

Just saw that yes 4.99 was charged to my account. heading to the bank tomorow. copied the adress and sending it to the N.C. Attorney Generals office. called the number got the voice message. googled and found you guys. jess not what I need now.

On 09/06/2012 I was charged $2.10 for safe4kids. I tried to email support and the message came back as invalid. Going to the bank today to report it.

Ok this sucks because I am just way too broke for this crap! I never really get out of routine with the places I use my card. I never really go anywhere other than work. I went to a CONCERT 9/11...whipped out the card in a sketchier environment than usual. Now on 9/13 I have a bogus charge on it. Not sure it is a coincidence! Anyone else have a similar occurrence?   I really wanna know where & how they got my ##!

Happened to me today. I did find the website, and contacted the domain registrar.  I hope they shut the site down at least. I also hope they get caught.

I noticed a charge this weekend for 4.99 from Safe4KidUs . I called the number and the recording referred me to their website that I couldn't find online!!! This is a fraudulent charge!! Not sure how my card was compromised!! Just called my bank to cancel the card and dispute the charge!!! Annoyed that I have to go through replacing my card but thrilled that these idiots only took 4.99.. I bet they take a small amount hoping We'll not go through the trouble of researching it!!!

I have gotten a charge on my bank account of $3.79.  I never talked to this person or authorized a charge to my account.  I had to cancel my card also.  I hope that they get this person.

this company took money from my account.  I don't know why they are, nor did I give them permission to do so.

I just discovered a 4.99 pending charge from the same group. Phone call gets a guy with accent referring you to web site. The weird thing is this is a reloadable debit card and not a bank account.

I too had an unauthorized charge for $4.99 from 813-418-6052!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Someplace in Florida. I called my bank and they said that these scum bags of no worth are putting some kindof device in ATM machines and gas stations(if you use your debt card) at the station, it is where you slide your card. It supposedly fits right over the slider, then he said they come back later and get all the information off cards.That is what I think happened. He suggested to go into the store and have the clerk slide your card from the inside of the store  ,,we need to just go into the banks and get cash!!! So much for convenience better safe than sorry!!!   F#%KIN SCUM BAGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just seen a 4.99 charge on my account from safe4kidus. Also a recorded voice message. Going to the bank to file charges.

I just got the $ 4.99 unauthorized charge to my banking account also.  I didn't get a phone call that I'm aware of.  Not sure how that got my account or visa number.  Calling the bank right now.

I was hit with a $3.65 charge from these people & it was unauthorized,have never heard of them, reported it to my bank as fraud & the # doesn't allow me to speak with anyone..ugggggh darn scammers!!

The 4.99 hit my husbands check card # on sunday....I hope they find these scum bags!!!!!! Had to call the bank, and my husband has to take time off work to go to his bank to get new card. it may be only 4.99 but it still make me sick that they can even do stuff like that and get away with it. always, alway check your bank statments and online banking every day if you can... :(

I discovered the charge on my Visa yesterday.  I will be filing fraudulant charges through my bank.
