They said they had a return check...NO they don't have a return check or there would be a return fee on my checking account

Called me twice now on my work phone and left a voicemail message telling me I was being charged with bank fraud for a payday loan with Cashnet USA.  I told Kevin Jenkins a message was left on my voicemail telling me I was being charged with a crime.  He challenged me on this, so I played it for him.  Then he told me there WERE pending charges (after denying this)and Cashnet USA was in the process of charging me with check fraud and attempting to defraud a bank.  He told me to put on my big girl panties and deal with the issue.  I told him to continue since he was being recorded...I wanted him to keep talking.  He then stated I did not ask his permission to record him, however, I told the secretary I was recording the call.  I guess she forgot to tell him.  I told him he would be receiving a certified return receipt letter to verify the debt and quit contacting me at work.  He stated he had a right to call me once daily, and unless I provided him with another number, he would continue to contact my work.  He also stated he didn't have to stop calling me unless it's in writing.  However, this is not true.  It's recorded that I've asked them to stop contacting me, and he refused.  These people are bottom feeders trying to scare you into paying either a debt you owe or don't owe...they don't care.  The caller ID states Senior Living with a 832-266-1555 number, but apparently, the office is in Buffalo, NY.  It really doesn't do any good to contact the BBB or the FTC.....nothing ever gets done.  Just hang up on them, and they will eventually stop calling.

Yeah, it sometimes takes years to distinguish between the various denizens in India who've hit the "big time" by working in the call centers. The IQs of frauds tend to be higher in Mumbai. Then a sharp drop will be seen in the intelligence of the frauds in Ahmedabad. On the lower end of the ladder will be seen the Pakistani frauds. But that's a whole different country & a different can of worms entirely. The Pakistanis barely rank up there with the Jamaicans!
Hey, but they're all cheap! That's why they're employed by better frauds than they are.

I don't think this one is in Mumbai. They're usually a bit brighter. Not much, but a bit. This one smells more like a Gujarati. They have a stench that is subtly different. And, of course, they're dumber!

Got a message from these people  a couple of weeks ago...saying that I am going to be served.  I called back to get informtion and asked them what address they had on file to serve me with and they gave me two address one old and my current but not my office.   I did not confirm any of those address, So I was home on holiday and no one showed up at my door.  Got a call this morning from the same people with a different message message saying that there is a matter that they need to resolve.   So that tells me that they are using these scare tactics saying that my local sherrif's office is going to serve me just to scare you.  I have already contacted The Federal Trade Commissnion and the Office of the Attorney General for our State.  

A Bill Lombardi keeps calling saying something about being home at a certain time if not I will be summoned. He gives a case number 337950USNA. Apparently these calls are generated in Maryland and I live in Florida.  What can I do to get rid of this guy?

I have been receivings calls from 443-431-3550 claiming they are Phillips Reinhart & Associates at 2840 Wyoming Dr in Philadelphia. I cannot find anything on them in PA. Said they will issue a stand down order as my case has already gone to my county court if I make payment arrangements with them. Scam or not? Please comment.
