Hello, my name is Jody and I work at International Telcom LTD (ITL).  We are a local exchange telephone company just like Qwest.  I have received numerous complaints about bothersome calls that are coming from specific caller IDs - especially 206-337-0577, 206-888-1934 and 206 888 8920.  These numbers that appear on the caller ID do in fact belong to my company, however these calls did not actually come from those numbers nor have they gone through our network in any way.  It appears that the person making these calls is spoofing/faking their caller ID to appear as these numbers, but the calls are actually coming from somewhere else.  This needs to stop.  Not only is this dragging my company's name through the mud, but I am also receiving numerous threats from angry people who have been woken up in the middle of the night.  Please be assured that I am doing everything in my power to stop this from continuing, and urge you to please file a complaint with your local telephone company as they should be able to track down the actual number that these calls came from (not just the fake caller ID that is being sent).  I want you to know that I am very sorry for the bother that this very irritating scam has caused.  Please help me to get this to stop by contacting your local telephone company.

these jerks are sending a fax handshake . . . two different numbers coming in with ITL on the caller ID  206-888-1934 & 206-888-8920.  I assume that they are a broadcast faxing company.  Broadcast faxing is illegal, and I am on the DO NOT FREAKIN'CALL LIST !!!!!  Hello . . .  I will now report this to the telemarketing police . . . who ever the hell they are!!

Also received a call from this # on 2/9/08.  Dead silence on the other end.  Let it go the the answewring machine.  On Do not call list.

Got my first call today from them, it's Sunday and they have the nerve to call me. Didn't leave a message which in my book means they are looking for business from me (of course they'll never get it). Same MO as all the others listed here. No voice on the line. Callback leads you to an answring machine to leave a message.

I am on the do not call list but obviously still get junk calls.

Its a time traveler calling to get voice printouts for genetic research in the future. Just kidding.

got a call from 206 888-8920 at 1pm today, with IPFax id and same recording when I called them back. This is aggravating. To the person that it happened to after 1800 flowers, I doubt 1800 flowers are spammers, they are an old legit company. Spammers need to be silenced and charged!!!!

Got a call from ITL 206 888 8920 at 2:26PM PST 02/09/2008. Picked up, no answer

Got the same call from 206.888.8920 at ~2pm PST, Feb 9, 2008. Came up "ITL" on the caller ID.

DIdn't answer when received called - screened and waited to hear voice message. No message left. Didn't try to call back. Is this possibly a left over from auto-calls from political parties due to the recent election activity?

1:20 in Southern California. My call I.D said IPFax.  I answered, no sound on other end.

called just as we were going down for a nap. Caller ID:ITL, I didn't answer since i know no one in 206 area

they just called my home, it is about 12:45-afternoonish here right now. The fax answered and it was just random gibberish.

We have two phones in our house.
This number called on both lines.
One phone, they didn't leave a message.
Other one did a *69 which returned nothing.
