number calls abut 3 times a day and no one says anything

Direct Energy starts calling my home at 8:50 A.M. and continues to call throughout the day until 8:59 P.M. I actually answered the phone a few weeks ago and told them we were not interested. The calls have increased!

This number is for Direct Energy. I had an account with them a while back but cancelled because I went from paying BGE $120 per month to paying Direct Energy $310 per month. They were suposed to save people money, but instead we were paying almost triple the amount of money. What a joke!  On top of it all, they are extremely rude people. They were rude to me when I tried to discuss why my bill was so much & they were even ruder when I cancelled the service. Then about two months later (maybe 3) they called to talk to me about the cancellation of their service. They started off with "did you know that the service was cancelled?", like I wouldn't have noticed the dramatic drop in my bill. Then the guy got rude when I had told him that I had cancelled the service. I didn't get truly angry until he said the same thing that the rude lady said when I cancelled the service (& this was even after he put me down/belittling me), he said "Look here. You're not listening to me!"  That's when I stopped him & said "You're not listening to me! Your ervice tripled my electric bill, every customer service rep has been extremely rude to me, your constantly harassing me & belittling me, I cancelled your service & I am not comming back! Please do not call me any more! Thank you & good bye!" I then hung up. Yet they still call me anywhere from 6 to 10 times a day.  Sometimes at almost 10 at night.

I get calls from this number several times a day. No message.
I need to report them.

I get several phone calls from this number from several months ago until now April 3, 2012 more than five calls each day.  When I answer the phone is totally silence. No message left or anything, Is annoying. I put the number on reject list and the number it shown on the phone call logs.

got a call from this number @ 9pm thought would call it back to see if was a telemarketer, when answered heard recording of frank sinatra imposter recording "fly me to the moon", when it finished went to another song that i just didnt want to stay on the phone for. Multiple daily calls today at 11 then at 3 ... don't these stupid auto dialer computers ever give up?

Direct Energy calling to see if I was aware that my service had been canceled.

This number has called several times. They do not leave a voice message and when we answer, there is just silence. Caller ID says Severna Park.
