This number rings on my work cell -- never leaves a message.  I have 30 calls but no message since October 2012.

In short, it's a sales call from Allstate.

Received a call asking for the owner of our company. The woman asked for him by his first name. I said he was not in the office and asked if I could help her with something. She ignored what I said and asked when was a good time he could be reached. I told her there is never a "good time" but I would be happy to take her name and number and have him call her. She once again ignored what I said and said she would call back next week.

I called the number back and she answered as "Ella" with Allstate. I said I has the wrong number.

Edmund,  where does it say that his site makes or facilitates your unwanted callers?    This is a discussion board and is for the purpose of sharing information concerning unwanted callers.    You will have to handle your own matters.

I am getting voice mail on my cell that I do not want to call. Please remove this number from my cell phone on a   DO NOT CALL THIS.

This is true, I have had my C# 14 yrs, and this is the first time I have received the 443-280-3092 # to call.  I now have a prepaid for the last 6 yrs.
with Net 10.but I notice that this number is on my voice mail, which I usually check missed call, or check to see who called, and hardly ever check my V-Mail. I guess this is to remind you that you have A V-mail waiting. I deleted the V-mail, not interested.  I just check my caller ID, or Missed call to see who is calling.  I do not need a reminder that I have V-mail.  I guess Net 10 is hooked up with ATT, just cannot get around these guys with all this new technology, etc.

I get regular messages like this on my cell. A very loud female voice saying SIX THREE FIVE then hanging up.

google  MOHAMMAD  and GOSWAP ...  and see all the messages this person is leaving on this swap site and saying call this number ????????   4432805282 --- must be a SCAMMER ??!!!

Called my cell phone today.  It is someone using AT&T voice mail number on caller ID but it is actually a telemarketer.  Not exactly sure what they are selling as the message they left was cut off to just the following "Press 1 to take advantage of this great promotion, press 7 to be removed from our list".  Unfortunately with only this much to go on there really is no point in even reporting these scumbags to the FTC for ignoring the DNC rules.

This number keeps calling my daughter's phone. A message is left asking for 'Alan' or wishing 'Alan' a Happy Holiday etc. It is very annoying.

The number 1-443-280-3092 is the voice mail number that is sent when you have a call from out of country on at&t

It is some fault of At&t that automatically generates that number, it is NOT someone actually calling or texting you from that number....lol

I found this out the by testing my Virgin islands home phone call to my Continental US AT&T cell and left a message, it came up with a call back from ... 443-280-3092

Now you could have a spammer calling from out of the continental US, but he?s not directly using that number... it is generated from at&t ... if you new to at&t get ready for a bunch of random techinical issues

I have a TracFone with an AT&T sim card (I am in south-central PA) and this is the assigned voice mail access number - as others have stated.

I believe the number shows up just to let you know you have a new voice mail waiting for you and is prompting you to call your voice mail to retrieve it.

After looking into it a little more, I don't know the number that called - this is the number my phone called to pick up the voicemail.

Received voicemail from this number on my cellphone.  The message was fairly long, but totally garbled and unintelligible.

Received voicemail from 443-280-3092.  Very strange as it sounded like Darth Vader with the heavy breathing and the static message, extremely long message of absolutely static.  There must be one sick person out there doing this.

Just another number to add to the blocked list. These people are so tiresome.

This is the AT&T voice mail number

In one day yesterday I received about 10 calls from 443 280 3092, there is no name. Please don't call any more, I don't need anything from you.

this comes up ever time i accidentally pocket dial my voice mail...so...those messages are probably your pocket dials. i had the same thing and wondered what it was...so i think that is solved!

My teenage son also calls this number.

This number has come up on my phone also. I am in the Silver Spring area of MD if anyone knows who it belongs to please let me know.  I also have teenage kids.

Why does this number keep showing up on my son's phone?

On voicemail, I received a call from this number. The caller did indeed leave a message, but she spoke in her native Chinese or Japanese. If I don't recognize the number, I never answer!

This number has appeared on my phone as an outgoing call 6 times since the begining of the month, but I have never called it before!  What is up with that?

All folks wondering who's number this is...it's the voicemail retrieval number for AT&T...  Hope this clarifies all the calls made to that number!
