I got a call from this number this morning just before I got a call from a (469) number.  Are they related?  Usually I get a voicemail, but neither one left one this time.  I added both numbers to my contacts under Spam so I can see that it's a number that called before.  I want to stop these people from harassing me!  Does the FCC do anything about it?

Got a call from this number saying it was a do not call registry.  They asked you to enter your number to be placed on the do not call list.

Just got a call from 503-457-1102 did not answer it. I blocked my # and called it back the recording said welcome to the do not call list, enter your # then the #'s you want to be added to the do not call list.  Really what a scam.

I am  in the coral and aquarium business. I get calls from all over the place normally so I thought nothing of it. They called me and I missed the call, I called it back and they said it was the national do not call list and to enter my # so I don't get calls from their customers. I figured it was a load of crap and hung up.

People get wind of what they are doing through sites like this so they need to try new angles to get peoples info but the do not call list? Smart but I'm sure that's illegal.

This happens alot in Maine from this number!   Do not answer it.. funny this has happened so much that nothing can be done about it!

Just got a call from this # and when I asked if they were for real, he asked for my bra size - liar/scam artists/thiefs.......!

If anyone out there actually believes that some company that did not issue your credit card can lower your interest rate deserves to be ripped off by thieves like these people are. It amazes me that there can possibly still be gullible people out there that will get ripped off and then complain about it. If it werent for the out of touch with reality folks and then the just greedy ones, none of us would have to put up with stupid scams like this.

Called, and I answered. They said they could lower my credit card interest rate as low as 6%! I gave them my credit card number and my interest rate was lowered! It's a miracle!

Call from this number to my cell, did not answer.  Have had several calls from these types of numbers over the last couple of months.  Wonder who sold my information to spammers?  Ugh.

I have gotten several calls to my cell # from this phone #...its a scam...just hang up or ignore the call altogether.

We got a call this AM from 503-457-1102. I answered it because my nephew lives in Oregon and also a cousin. This was not either of them. According to what I can find is that this number if from the Beaver, Gresham, Portland, Oregon area. No one ever answered on so after about 20-30 seconds I hung up!!! This kind of call is very disturbing to me because my nephew is in very ill health and I always hope the call is from him telling me that he is getting better. He has had to change his phone number often because of 'crank' calls. Whoever is making these kind of calls is a very cruel person and I hope they are caught and persecuted SOON!!!!1

Missed phone call, no message. 2nd Portland area phone call in the past week.

I'm getting calls from this number on my home and cell phone-it reads Pactel on my caller ID, I won't give them the satisfaction of even picking up the phone.  They call every day of the week. I'm hoping if I ignore them long enough they will go away :o)

Just got a call from (503) 457-1102...recording about lowering credit card debt. Why do I keep answering these calls! Don't answer, let it go to voice mail. Someone needs to report these scammers!!!

I did answer and pressed one as if I was interested.  The lady asked "did you press 1 because you are interested in lowering your interest rate".  I said "no, I pressed 1 to ask you to take me off of your list".  She hung up!!!!  I called back and the recording allowed me to press 1 this time to be taken off of the list.  I'm not sure if it will work, but I would LOVE to report this to someone!

Once again another call from the scammers, they must really be hungry.  I wish they would stick to my home phone as I have to pay from minutes on my cell phone.  I have received three calls from this number today.  I have not been able to yell at them yet. Perhaps I will next call..
