Received same call as every one else. Some thing can, and should be done about this type of activity. If we had a decent attorney general, we we do not, this is the kind of activity that would be reported to his department to get some thing done. Received a text message "We put restriction on your debit card 405609-xx-xxxx-xxxx, due to fraudulent withdrawal. Please contact our member center at 1-443-320-2126." So I called (full well knowing this was a phishing scam, but wanted to know who and what before I made a complaint to the FCC or whatever). Intercepted message was that "the call could not be completed as dialed, please check the number and call again:". YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!

Received the same scam text message stating fraud on my account; delete and disregard; 14433202126

yes, i just got the same text message with the same card #...

I called the number back...it is not a good number...reported to scam units

My husband received it twice.......when I googled the # it stated it was a land line in Miami.

Is the second time I received text message about fradulent activity on my card.Should the goverment get more control about that?

Last night received text message about fraudulent activity on a debit card....message is fraudulent and has nothing to do with me

This number has now texted me three times claiming a fraudulent account. When I try calling back nothing happens or it is a disconnected number.  This has happened to two other people in my family as well.

Got a text message telling me there's a restriction on my debit card due to fraudulent withdrawal. I assume this is some sort of phishing scheme - bank's usually call or email if there's a problem. I started to call the number, but hung up when I figured maybe it's some kind of "900" number type deal where I'd get charged.

I just received the same text. Then I check this site and see my husband is soliciting male prostitutes in Miami. Real nice Phil. Good luck finding someone who loves your odd shaped body. I was only with you for the money. Consider yourself DIVORCED!!!

I checked my debit card number to make sure the number didn't match and it didn't. My bank placed a temp hold on my account a few weeks ago for what they thought was a fraud (even though I've used my card to pay for that same thing before) so I was a little extra worried.

I am Bob's older oddly shaped brother. I too received this call. At first I thought I was being blackmailed from a male prostitute from Miami. Turns out, it was a bogus call.

I thought i was robbed I live in a very high class neighborhood and people are always out to get me. My brother is a bit oddly shaped but has a lot of cash. turns out it was bogus. thank god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Like the others, a call reporting fraudulent use of my debit card. Call this # and follow the steps...

My mom and I got the same exact message as the rest of you. We were worried because we went to the bank today to deposit checks. But later we called our cell phone carrier and got them to block the phone number for sending more, its just spam.

I got the same exact message with the same card number as RH. Got a little nervous because I had ordered off a website I had never ordered from before, so I called my bank (I have a debit/credit card with them) and they assured me nothing funky was going on. They also took down the phone number in the text to report to the fraud dept.
