No answer but annoying calls daily!

this company called me before and sold me stock i mae good money of the share i invested in.  i can't believe people are so much in a rush to point fingers

CALLED MY CELL PHONE. I AM ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST. CELL PHONE AS WELL

The caller told me that he was an underwriter for an IPO that was coming out that pertained to Renewable Energy.  This company that he was trying to sell stock for is a Pink Sheet and from the research and information I have came to is that the company has changed names on numerous instances.  It seemed like FRAUD because the company had changed names so many times and it seemed like FRAUD because I had never given out my own personal phone number to an "investment" brokerage.  I asked the person how he got my name and said they pay for "leads".   Cannot prove that this was FRAUD but it sure does seem like fraud.  They were looking for the range of 25K to 100K.

Same as others seem to experience.  2-3 calls at various times some days over the past several weeks and sometimes on weekends.  Always no message on answering machine and, especially annoying, nobody there when we do answer the phone! Until today. Some unprofessional sounding person asked for my husband by his first name and when I (cleverly, I might add) did not acknowledge his existence and simply asked her "Who's is this calling?" I received the resounding "click" of a fast hang up.

When I did a simple Google of the number, I found the same Wmc Mortgage Corp. info as Bill, but with the additional info that they are listed under the umbrella of a group of PAYDAY LOAN lenders in California.

I looked it up online after the number called several times and left no message. It's Wmc Mortgage Corp
