Received a call today, 5.23.13, @ 7:37  PST; no message.
Also received a call 5.22.13; no message. Judging from the above comments, I plan to have no contact either with the automated message or by attempting to reason with a live person by pressing one.  I'll continue to let caller id do the screening for me & follow my missed call log, but I will not raise my blood pressure by engaging anyone from that call center.

got a call from these idots, telling me i needed to call asap  that there was a problem with my account.  When answered the call they said do you owe 4,000 or more on your cc, i aske who they were, and was told,"f*** you bi***"and hung up.

They change the number every week. It's probably an internet number that is spoofing. These are scam artist and the feds don't give a damn about it.

Card Services..... again.....  seems they change numbers every few years.  Scammers for sure.  File a compliant on the Do Not Call website.

Continual Calls

I called the number back, it said I dialed the number incorrectly. Interesting, as all I have to DJ is tap the phone symbol next to the number.

Called, no message, would like to stop it.

Just got a call from this number.... No message....  The other day I received a call and pressed "1" since was on speaker...didn't realize it but was on hold for about 4 minutes without a response!

Jerks!!!! Wish they wouldn't waste our time!!!!!!

9:11 AM Pacific Time, 21-May. I have evidently gotten called from this number previously. If I don't recognize the number, I don't answer.
Too many calls from "Cardholder Services". Too many times trying to talk to someone, and them hanging up when I asked any questions, or stated that I wanted my number off their list because I am on the Federal Do Not Call List.
These are phishers from another country using US phone#s Illegally.
Yes the penalties for this are far worse than for callilng someone on the Do Not Call List.
I have made numerous online complaints to the FCC previously, but can't expect any results.

Caller ID said this number.  The recording said was "Credit Card Services" and to press 1 if you wanted to speak to someone.  A lady identified herself as 'Ashley Schaffer' and 'How are you this morning?'   I said "Fine and who are you with?"   She hung up.   I'm already on the worthless (and don't they know it) DNC list.

Called my DNC-listed personal cell phone - didn't recognize, didn't answer.  I'm in the San Francisco Bay area.

Make sure they don't call me anymore.

I had the number blocked for a couple of years after numerous nuisance calls. Assumed they gave up and removed the block to free up memory for newer blocked numbers. They (the recording) called that same day. They are back on the blocked list, this time forever.

Just updating information another number 443-351-8527 The call came from Odenton, MD says my Current Caller ID app on my cell.
I tend to check here on this site first when I get calls from unknown numbers.

I got a call from this number this morning. I have it so you can slide and send a message.. I send a message text message saying I was in a meeting. It came back with "Sorry but you are not a member of this group. Text #new to start a new group."  Makes so no sense to me but being I have been having such a problem with scammers these days I don't answer numbers I do not know. It will be another number I will block..

I just got a call saying card holder services I told these ppl in the past quit calling I pressed 1 a lady answered I said please put a supervisor on the line she.promptly hung up on me....I'm searching for the main company and I'm going to.have some words for them.

This clown (443-351-8527) called my number last night.  Phone says it originates in MD, USA.   I did not answer. (I am also on the Do Not Call List, for whatever that is worth.)

In my humble opinion, when the FCC gets enough complaints about a particular telephone number, it should be "black-listed" for a period  - say six months to a year.  (That is, it would be made 'unusable' as a penalty for being used for illegal calls, like this one.)  Obviously, there would need to be some threshold - say 100 or 150 validated complaints.   If the telephone companies began to lose the ability to use a number allocated to them for a period, (thus hurting their revenue), they would police their own systems - and there would be far fewer calls like this.  

If you are in favor of a system like this, please let the FCC know

This number called me this morning and numerous other times.  I appreciate this site.  Now I know it's telemarketers.  I guess it's time for me to update my info on the "do no call list".

I have been receiving calls from this number. This is a solicitation about lowering credit card  interests rates.  I pushed one to speak with a customer service agent and request being deleted from their call list.  When I told the agent my request, I was immediately disconnected.  When I called back I received a message saying it was a non working number.

They call this morning and I didn't recognize it so I didn't answer it.Sounds like scammers.

Scam artists!! This number has been calling me numerous times...I finally answered and it was an automation about lowering my interest rates on my credit cards. I pushed one to talk to someone to have them remove me from their list and then the lady (very rudely) said... "that won't happen" and hung up on me.

Got a call, they didn't leave a message.

Just got a call from this number and when I tried to call back the operator says that this number is out of service. After looking it up on google, I found this page. I suspect they are fraudulent.

Got a call from this number at 13:34 PCT.No sound and no body spoke.

They have now called me 3 times in a row...annoying.
The only option is to "press one to speak to a live operator" - who NEVER answers.
