No answer when I picked up.

Charles called me wanting feedback information following a conference we held in Europe, he seemed to know the name of our client and said he was working for the hotel where we held the meeting. I told him I could not discuss the meeting and that we had completed a survey report for the hotel. He accepted this and hung up.

same experience as many of the others - "Jennifer" left a message asking about an event from 3 or 4 years ago. this is why i don't answer cold calls.

This company is a fraud and is not hired by the hotels but sell your information

I also received a call from Tobias at hospitality services (443-397-9394) x628. He said they were hired by the hotel we had our holiday party at and was starting to ask me questions that he should have known the answers to if he was hired by the hotel. I told him "no thanks" and then followed up with my contact at the hotel. She said they did not hire that service. Do not call back or answer any of their questions.

Keep receiving calls from Hospitality Services about an event we had in Maryland.  If they were truly from the hotel they would be calling our Event Planner directly instead of a number only found on our website. They insist on speaking with our VP which I told them wasn't at the meeting.

I figured they are trying to sell us something, but since I'm not the one in charge they won't give me any details, which is a red flag in my book.

Received a call from "Tobias at Hospitality Services" and he provided this callback number, plus his extension x628.  He mentioned a function we hold annually, noting the company name for it, which added validity to his call.  The only problem is I have nothing to do with this function and I would think any appropriate customer follow ups would go through the corporate travel contact or at least someone who attended the show.  This tells me that it's either a poorly managed call center or a scam being performed using data pulled from the hotel records.  I'm leaning towards the call center as the experiences in this all seem to follow a certain trend.

MIchelle left a message on my machine Monday (from this number) ext 617....and said she needed to talk to me to follow up about an AWS meeting in March at her hotel...I have not been assoicated with AWS for 5 years and had no idea what she was talking about so I ignored the call...she then called twice again the next day....I already am on the national "do not call" list  and do not know what else to do...she conveys there is "a problem" that needs adressed and encourages an imediate call back....now I am find that this is all "hogwash" !

Had a call from Charles who didn't want to sell me anything at all. Just wanted to make sure I had a good time at the sheraton. He was polite and courteous. But he's persistant. Give him a break he's trying to do his job. I hope to hear from him again for my next meeting.

I get the same call. She wants to talk to me about an "event" that I"m doing but never once mentions the name of the event. If this was legitimate, she'd tell me what the event was and why she's calling me. Same phone number. 443-397-9394 ext. 617.

Had a call from another person at this number, named Vinnie.  I quested him several times about what he was calling about.  The same thing happened.  He says he's calling about a meeting that someone had , and was following up.  Wanted another number to a different office to call, but I didn't give it to him. Vinnie is at ext. 604, so don't take any calls from him. Hang up!

Received two calls from this number claiming to be "Hospitality Services" following up on an event recently attended. When asked which hotel they were associated with, they said they were an independent coordinator, but had no idea of what event they coordinated.

This number continues to call "unavailable", thus we do not pick up.
We are asking that all 214 767 XXXX numbers be removed from their calling list.

Claimed to have a meeting with me they wanted to follow up on. B***s***.

This guy "charles"  extention 609,  basically is on an autodialer doing surveys.   He will call you over and over until you get annoyed.  He will act like he is working at the hotel where you had a business meeting.  He's really just wanting to sell you something.   Annoying.
