The new number I started getting calls from this week is1-443-443-440-6095 but it is a man that left message and they are in Maryland, Baltimore, Dundalk, and Ellicote City. Must be using throw away phone.

I was getting calls from a lady two times a day about my name and social was connected to some kind of fruad and this went on everyday, I just let it go to voice mail. the last time she called the message said good  luck in court.  She was calling from Kansas City, ks. Now I started getting calls from a man and his message said it was turned over to him and I had to call back that day and whoever it is said that they would settle out of court. I revered the phone number, will show city  and state but no name. I took the voice messages to and let the police dept listen to it. I have not talked to them at all. They need to get a real job instead of trying to steal money and I believe that is what they are doing. I have read a lot of commits on this warrant stuff and going to take you to court.

Got a call telling me my ss number is associated with a fraud and that warrants were on the way. They left it as a voice mail. Called them back they said they were BA Associates and they were looking for  Christopher somebody. Told them that I don't know who that is and they hung up quickly.

Hello, this information will be of help for you. I called the United States Attorney General, and this is a collection agency. First they cannot under the Federal Trade Commission leave messages saying that there are warrants or criminal acts on your phone. They are indeed violating this law. You are now up to receive damages in the sum of $1000.  All you need to do is call them back, remind them of the Trade Commission Law, tell them you want to record the conversation and you have an attorney to represent you for these damages.  I filed a complaint and received this information and I am pursuing this company. The lawyers indicated that several more individuals have reported this same company and can be included in a action lawsuit.  Don't let them scare you. They cannot do this by Federal Law.

I have been getting this same message and so I call and she said  the warrant is out in route now and they are going to serve me with papers, but if I had the money or something to put towards the account they would be able to stop the warrant. my thing is if it iser in route how can they stop it. I told her I would have to just go to court because I don't have the money. then she hangs up with out saying anything HOW UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT! all the other call are just recordings

Legitimate process servers do not call to warn you, or to get money from you to stop the process.

They leave a message that says fraudulent activity has been linked to my social security number and that papers will be served againste at my home or business.

I received a call from these ppl saying they served me with papers for fraud. I asked for the company name and they didn't want to give it. I asked for more info on the "case" they didn't want to give it. I told them to go ahead and serve the papers and gave a date that I would be home to get them. They hurry up and got me off the phone. I asked for my case number and they hung up on me?!?  I tried calling back. They won't answer.

I just received the same phone call with the same message as Pepper stated.
