Said it was for Special Olympics. He knew my first and last name and mentioned a city I used to live in. It weirded me out. You could tell there was something off about it.

Some type of paid fundraiser for various charities.  They never leave a message and always call around dinner time.  If you call back number you get a recorded message talking about all the wonderful work they do for charity. Added to my Ooma blacklist.
