Do you live in Israel?  in Israel I can see "Merry Christmas" being an insult.  But in the US and Canada "Merry Christmas" is an all-purpose greeting for the 1st 25 days of December.  I ring for the Salvation Army.  I wish everybody Merry Christmas.  And I'm agnostic.

Having some random pest calling my home on my day off without a good reason is not OK.  I would be mad about that, too.  I can handle an honest accidental wrong number.  But a deliberate call without a good reason is not acceptable.

It appears as these people have changed their name again.  They are no longer calling themselves "Elite Information Solutions".  They are now going by the name "The Credit Voice".  They changed their name from "Elite Information Solutions" to "The Credit Voice" the day after Indiana Attorney General filed suit against "Elite Information Solutions dba Safeline Alert".  According to the Florida Department of Agriculture (licensing body of telemarketers in Florida) "The Credit Voice" is licensed to telemarket medical alert equipment at 495 Semoran Blvd. Casselberry, Florida. It looks like "The Credit Voice" main headquarters is located in Clearwater, Florida.

I receive a call from 443-856-4657 every day.  Although I answer, there is no message or person on the other side.  They never pick up when I answer.

Call received on 09/10/12. No one there and I hung up. This is the fourth call I have received since 08/21/12 from this number. My number has been on the Do Not Call Registry for two years.

A fear mongering official sounding voice trying to scare seniors into their FREE whatever, which we all know will NOT be free ...  It hisses me off .......

Complain to your State Attorney General's office. Indiana State Attorney General filed suit against this company in August, putting a restraining order on them to stop calling people in Indiana.  Indiana had over 600 complaints on this company.  Your state will listen if they get enough complaints, your complaint definity counts. This company stopped calling Indiana, but they are still calling the rest of the states and now starting to call Canada.  If every state puts a restraining order on them, they will have no one to call in the US.

The name of this company is Elite Information Solutions out of Casselberry, Florida, but the company is using a UPS store address in Orlando for their principal place of business.  Company owner is Michael Hilgar.  This company goes by several FAKE names.  Here are a few names that they are using:  Safeline Medical Alert, Senior Medical Benefits, Senior Medical Advisory, Senior Alert Line, and Senior Safeline.

KEEP GETTING CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER, NOT MESSAGE. PELASE STOP CALLING

There are at least two options for those bothered by people originating these offensive or unwanted calls:
1. Go to www.fcc.com and click on the electronic complaint form, filling out each of the entries (takes about two minutes), identifying the date and time of the unwanted call(s), any identifying information from Caller ID ("Unavailable" is a valid entry), your number where the call was received and your name, street and email addresses. The FCC will immediately respond with an email to you, identifying the file number assigned to your complaint. If everyone filed these complaints to the FCC, that deluge will prompt an investigation and likely a fine on the calling party.
2. I followed a recommendation from a comment listed elsewhere on 800Notes, where that person was extremely frustrated over calls from a number different than 443-856-4657 (as the above folks obviously are) and purchased a DIGITONE Call Blocker from www.digitone.com Three features attracted my interest: a) I now can block up to 80 specific telephone numbers, b) This device has "First Ring Supression." meaning that you will not even hear the first ring!!, c) you can block entire area codes, a feature that can be used to block all 800, 866, 877, etc. numbers or those from specific (not toll-free) numbers. There may be other devices available, too. I saw immediate success with the one I purchased.

Even so, I regularly report annoying/illegal/robo calls, etc. to the FCC. Now that I also use the DIGITONE device these annoying calls have been greatly reduced in number.

robo call for Senior Medical Advisory but I pressed 1 to talk with someone.  Asked them where they are located.  They said NY even though this is a MD number.  I asked why they are calling someone on the Do Not Call list.  Oh let me direct your call.....she hung up.    Sounds like a scam directed toward senior citizens

This letter is to the highest power; the only power that can help us now.  The FCC, Phone Company, police, the Do Not Call list, all seem inept.

Please work us.  They, the telemarketers, scammers, advertisements by phone, whoever they are, will not leave us alone.  Even when we ask they continue to harass us even by phone as if they have the right.  There is so much evil today.  They cheat and lie and try so desperately to steal your money any way they can.  Our phones ringing all the time, yet we can no longer freely answer because it might be them lying and begging for something they do not deserve, or selling something we do not want or need.  Luciferians who have no regard for others? privately.  Even this web site does not supply ownership information... what are they hiding? Please help make this society right so we can live in peace as we are meant to live.
