someone left a weird message, with music on the background,,and then I called back and it said that the number was not in service...who knows

I got a call from this number and the caller was chewing gum all the way through the call.  They wanted me to attend a job fair two weeks from now at the Hilton Hotel in L.A.  The said they would call me back in a week and remind me of the job fair.
I wonder if it's my Veriz!on wireless company, secretly running up my bill!
Banks make billions on $1 and $2 dollar service charges.  Can you imagine how much phone carriers could make if they could just get $1 or $2 dollars more out of each customer?

Received call on my cell phone (unlisted number on Do Not Call list).  The only non-friends/family I've given this number to are job search websites.  I did not answer and they did not leave a message.  When I called back, it said the subscriber was not in service.

This IS LEGITIMATE!  I received a call today from this number and a gentleman with a foreign accent (Indian?) invited me to a Job Fair a Sheraton hotel.  I contacted the Sheraton and the Sheraton staff positively verified the day, date, and time of the Job Fair just as the gentleman caller stated.  I have my resume on a few job boards on the web and have applied for a few jobs down in his area, Baltimore, MD.  It is a Cell Phone, but all Reverse Phone searches I've done do not indicate to whom this phone number belongs.

This number called my cell phone (a Tucson number). I ignored the call and they didn't leave a message.

This is simply a recruiting company for call centers. 1-800-575-3833 is the main phone number. You can stop the calls any time.

I have been getting a call from this number every day ! No one leaves any messages . Today I answered the phone and was looking me Thinking it was a Debt collector from yrs ago ! I said wrong residence. And said sorry! I don't like it and if Monster is doing that ! Then I am very upset. My # is unlisted. and I don't give it out unless I want to.

Yeah, I have gotten calls from this number...it is usually a guy with a heavy Indian accent.  You can barely understand him he speaks too fast and the accent is too heavy.  He mentions a job fair or a job position when he calls.  I just say I am not interested because I can't stand that I can barely understand what he is trying to saying.

Recieved 3 calls today, with no number. 000-000-0000!! (Noted on my cell) Finally the 4th time, I answered the call, and the party, (Male- Indian race), continuously asked if I could be marked down that I was attending!???

I told him, I would need to know the names of the companies participating, and to see if it is worth my time attending. He did tell me that they did recieve my resume from Monster...and when I questioned him regarding my resume; he was unable to answer any questions, but yet indicated that he was a Recruiter.

I receive numerous calls from this number every day.  I do not answer but it seems the number of calls increases daily.

I have received three or four calls from this number. When I attempt to call the number back I get a message stating the number is not in service. Today a voicemail message was left with no sound.

Got a call from this number after recieving an email from a similar area code about a job opportunity.  Having to do with a money laundering scam.  They send you illegal checks and you cash them and supposedly keep a percentage for yoruself, but the checks arent real and they take your money you wire them.

A guy from my work got caught up in it. BE CAREFUL ITS A SCAM!!!

I too got a call from this number 0n 10/18 and he confirmed that there is a job fair on 10/23 in NY...pressed me to attend, asking for confirmation many times. He also asked me to bring 10 copies of resume similar to some one else already wrote in this forum. I also got similar calls from some other numbers after registering in Monster.com. Is there a way to find out who is making these calls?

Called my number left no message - I thought it strange since I have no associates in that area.

ive been called by this number like 5 times inthe last 3 days.  its some recruiter, but for a BS company.

This person keeps calling me, sometimes at two and three oclock in the morning, waking me up.  They never leave a message and speak such horrible english that I can't understand what they are saying.

First call received I answered.  They said they had jobs postings.  I said I wasn't interested.  I've received 2 more calls since then and they didn't leave messages.  What don't they understand about "I'M NOT INTERESTED!"?
