Received phone call.  I am on no call list.  Did not answer as don't recognize the number

This is a fraud campaign currently active in Canada using a series of Iristel VOIP numbers.  The objective is to obtain your credit card number.  If you attempt to "opt out" your number will be confirmed as live and added to a suckers list for repeated future calls.

Three days ago, i got the call from this number, no message left. I don't know this number.

What a surprise!  I won 25,000 cruise dollars.  It doesn't matter that I am not interested or able to take a cruise.  Hung up when I found out what it was.
