I received a call on my cell phone. Calling it back receives a "You have reached a nonworking number" message.

call daily but I just ignored..I want to know why not leave any message since my answering machine is on.

Please be nice they are doing there job they have to continue calling when I worked there I hated people like you, you need to understand that we have no choice until you answer and either do the freakin 2 min survey or kindly refuse after the entire intro.

One more thing these are people too they are simply doing there job be nice to them don't yell that won't fix anything, when I worked there people would yell at me and it royally sucked.

I used to work for these people if you want to make them stop all you have to do is make sure they get past the intro then refuse, don't ever hang up with them or else they will continue calling, and people calling for a survey don't have a Do Not Call list simply because they aren't trying to sell you anything, so don't ever tell them to put you on a no call list because they won't they will continue calling until you say not interested after the intro.

I just answered a call from this number, and it was Knowledge Networks calling to ask if I had taken a particular survey.

I didnt answer, but the number appears almost daily

Got a call from this number on my cell this afternoon.  Did not recognize Tge number so didn't answer and won't call back.  How do these idiots get our cell phone numbers?????????

I got a call at 11:00am this morning when I answered they hung up.Not sure what the deal is.

Some idiot was on the other line and decided not to speak directly. She just sporadically spouted useless knowledge while people laughed in the background about how she has a boyfriend ?? I tried to call back but was told to eliminate the 453 as it was a direct number??

Another one. Picked up and heard background noise, but the person/computer hung up without saying anything. 8:45pm local time.

I got two calls within two minutes on my cell phone tonight.  I didn't answer either one because I didn't recognize the caller.  I wonder if it's a faked phone number, someone trying to get around the do-not-call regulations.

received a call from this number, have no idea who it is or what country it may or my not have come from since the  number [1] was in front of it - positively will NOT return the call.

This number has called my home both late and night and early in the morning.I am a night worker and it has disturbed me for 3 weeks in a row now on saturday mornings. I have not answered any of the calls but plan to the next time and hope someone is on the other end to get a chewin'! I am going to call my phone company and see about blocking the number and register a complaint. "Unknown Name" on caller ID,

This area code is from Jixi, in the Chinese province of Hellangjing just south of the Russian boarder. FYI. Since they're int'l, they can get past the do not call list.  Suggest blocking on your phone and calling your phone co to register a complaint.

Received 2 calls from this # today on my home phone. The Caller ID says "Name not found".  Also, when I answer, of course there's no one there!  I AM SO SICK OF THESE KIND OF CALLS!  When will anything ever be done about it?  What is the solution?  Even if I turn off my home phone, they'll call my cell phone (see the comments above!)  WHAT TO DO???
