This number calls at least twice a week. I finally answered and got a forward to a ringing line and quickly hung up. I blocked number on my cell and I am on the do not call list.

They phoned me twice too, they talk in Spanish. Open translator and see how to say "I dont talk spanish" and say this. When you talk in english they will phone you and hung up

It's doubtful it's a call from China. More likely just a spoofed caller id. All it is is the number 45 5 times in a row.
