this number has called 4 times this morning alone to my cell phone.

As did I. Three times in the last 30 min.

This number starts calling my phone at 5 am and yesterday alone it called 64 times!!! Call it back and it goes to a recording saying this number cant be completed as dialed!! And as soon as you call it back and hang up the number calls again!!
