called my cell twice in one hour, left no voicemail and had no caller ID.

i have recieved calls from this number ,when i answer there is no one there i have recieved this number 8 times in 24hr period.when i search this number it comes up saying its an invalid area code ,how do you stop these calls ,im already on the DO NOT CALL LIST
